Serenata Flowers are brilliant! So easy to order and the deleivery was on time which was great. The flowers were lovely and fresh, and the chocolates were so yummy!

I will not be able to use this service to send flowers to any person who is at work due to the lateness of the delivery. PLUS the person who was receiving them was just about to go out to celebrate so nearly missed the deli. So I may end up using other suppliers due to the times

Generally I’ve been very happy and any issue have been dealt with promptly. What I would say however, is that when flowers have not been delivered you do have to find that out- I only suspected because I have always previously had text confirmation of delivery. So perhaps letting clients know I you do not manage to deliver the flowers on given day would make it even better.
