wouldn’t accept my card online so used paypal. Then found that dispite not accepting payment online it had taken the funds from my account. have sent emails to ask for money back but no response as yet. I have payed for my purchase 3 times!

Very disappointed that, despite being told the flowers had been dispatched, they did not arrive on the appointed day. had particularly chosen this company because it did next day delivery.

Service rating : The service was excellent in that I was kept informed every step of the way with emails and text messages and the flowers arrived as arranged. like the wording of the messages too, very friendly.
Product : The flowers were appallingly bad. They did not match the description and although I understand that bouquets will vary in terms of the flowers available, they should not die the day after delivery. The stems did not arrive in line with the picture as they were not in a bubble of water but had wet paper towels wrapped around the ends. I would not use Serenta again as the provider can obviously not be trusted to not use end of line flowers. It is extremely disappointing and upsetting as these flowers were a gift.

I used the service as a surprise for my niece on her dads birthday who died some months ago and found your cards very limited and not one suited what I was looking for. Apart from that small thing everything else was excellent would definitely use again. Thank you mrs k gallagher

Service rating : I’m afraid I am unable to leave feedback as I haven’t heard whether my friend has received the flowers or not. However, as she is terminally ill, I’m not too worried about her responding! I had a lot of trouble placing the order. Despite putting in the address (Royal Marsden Hospital) the site kept rejecting my order but without an explanation. Seranata sent me an e-mail asking why I hadn’t continued with the order and, when I explained to them what had happened, they said they would investigate and get back to me. But I heard nothing further. I have to say that I have used them before and found them excellent at informing you of how your order is going.

Service rating : I emailed them at least 6 times and received an unsatisfactory , set reply when the flowers did not arrive although they insisted they had! When I called the telephone numbers they gave, they did not exist so there was no way of talking to anyone. The flowers arrived at the recipients one week late but I have no idea of the quality. Furthermore they promised they would arrive the next day. I eventually emailed them to return my money but I have no idea whether they have and will have to wait until I receive my credit statement. Shocking service. I will never use them again.

Service rating : Box was left upside down in the porch all day, though, which can’t have been good for the flowers! Delivery man’s fault.
Product : I have waited to send this as not all the Flowers were ’out’ when the bouquet arrived. So far doing well, though one or two large lilies are just beginning looking a little sad while others are just coming out. Not quite sure whether the bunch was exactly what was advertised, but it was good.
