Service rating : I ordered flowers for friday delivery. Got an email saying they had been sent on wrong route. Got another email an hour later saying they were using a local florist and they would be delivered by hand. It was all looking good .
Saturday morning I got an email saying they were en route ! They were being delivered to a friend’s work, as a surprise to cheer her up. They are closed at weekends. I emailed them and toms them. I got another email saying they had been.left securely at the front of the premises. As it is locked up with a roller shutter door I know there is nowhere to leave anything securely !
I emailed telling them this and asking for a refund. To be fair, they apologised and said I would get a refund. If they had just said sorry, its on the wrong van, you won’t get them, I could’ve bought some on my way home and took them myself, or ordered elsewhere. To lie about them being on their way was atrocious !

Service rating : I have used them 3 times and was very happy with first 2 orders (although 2nd bouquet had roses in pic; not on delivery) but not happy with the 3rd, which we paid to have made Grandissimo for a special birthday gift, but recipient advised that the other bouquets order were much grander. Ordering online is easy and delivery is fast and good. You cannot however reach them to speak to someone if you have a complaint so customer service is very poor.
