Product : I ordered the deluxe bouqet as I had read on a review that the ordinary one was quite small. However, I was expecting a larger amount of flowers than what actually arrived so in future, need to consider upgrading to the largest one.

Their mobile website is awful. Their customer service is only contactable via email which has a roughly TWO HOUR turnaround. I placed an order for next day delivery and the mobile site didn’t include my message for the recipient. I only found out when I reviewed my order on my laptop later. By the time the issue had been sorted via the incredibly slow customer service, they were unable to deliver my order on time and only offered a 10% refund! The flowers were eventually delivered late on the day after they we supposed to be. I will NEVER use this company again and will advise others to avoid them.

as a first time i’ve ordered it got delayed 2 days till i sent emails and follow them then they said its due to technical error adn they said we will upgrade ur package but they didnt. so i had to make another order and asked to deliver it both in the same time ( the late order & new order ) but they didnt

The only improvement I could suggest is for a picture of the flowers to be sent to the sender along with the email that says they have been dispatched. It seems a lot of people giving feedback are finding it hard as they never actually got to see the flowers!

Service rating : I thought the service was ok they let me no exactly what time they were coming an what the drive was called etc its the flowers that weren’t good.
Product : Flowers came they didn’t look anything like the picture on the website!. After one day the roses were dead, the leaves were drooping and crunchy, and the carnations were brown. I didn’t expect this after one day you can get flowers from the supermarket and they will last over a week. As I bought these for my mothers 50th birthday I was disappointed and wouldn’t use this service again.

I ordered a hamper the DAY BEFORE my Dad’s birthday at about 3pm and he got it at 10am the NEXT DAY...and better still, I ordered it on a SUNDAY! It arrived on the Monday no problems and my Dad was chuffed to bits. I think that’s brilliant...I will definitely use them again!

The flowers arrived at 2.10 after the funeral (1.45) although on the box it clearly stated the should be sent first thing in the morning, whether this was a delivery problem - I don’t know but I am still waiting to hear from Serenata as to why this happen and to be refunded.

Service rating : Extremely disappointed. The flowers were certainly not ’grandissimo’. It was fortunate I was visiting my niece for whom the flowers were a thank you gift. When I saw the flowers which were delivered the only items which were grandissimo was the box they were delivered in and the price. Further the flowers were so badly dyed the blue leaked into the water and they appeared almost artificial.
