Service rating : The technology of advising when the flowers were on their way is clever and the style of writing is friendly and relaxed. Unfortunately my anniversary flowers were left outside the front door....everyone was at home and the two dogs did not bark so the bell or knocker were never used. It was only by chance that flowers were discovered outside many hours later, way after I assumed they had arrived.
Product : The flowers themselves and the card were beautiful albeit a little rain affected from their time outside the front door. They were well received.

Service rating : Very easy to order and had superb communication via text and e-mail on order and delivery status.
Product : Initial delight of bouquet turned to huge disappointment and upset as flowers (actually very few flowers as most of the bouquet was leaves) were dead or dying within two days of delivery. After spending £35 on a Golden Wedding Anniversary bouquet, I would have hoped the flowers would have lasted longer! Will never use this company again!!

Service rating : Delivery late, meant to be for an anniversary. Silly test messages sent at 3AM in the morning falsly promising delivery. All we got was a sleepless night. Flowers arrived day late, were less than spectacular.
Product : Bit droopy, fake colour dye to colour them leaked on my wifes hands. Not many stems. Green leafs to go with flowers dog ear’d with brown spots.

Service rating : I ordered the flowers on the 24th May and wanted delivery on Tues 28th May as that was my Silver wedding anniversary but you didn’t deliver them until Wed 29th May which completely spoiled the surprise to my wife but also meant I was waiting for them up until 8 PM on the 28th which spoiled the evening! Who do I contact to complain about this as I don’t think I should be paying full price for such a poor service!

Service rating : Usually lovely flowers as I have ordered for birthdays and anniversary for family and friends - however I cannot say on this occassion as ordered flowers on behalf of my 16 year old son for a dear friends funeral and as funeral was at 1.30pm and flowers not delivered until much later to the funeral home no one has seen them so unable to comment on them. Although we are very disappointed that the flowers were delivered too late to the funeral home, as they didnt accompany the coffin to the final resting place.
Product : Flowers ordered for funeral 20/05/13 funeral service at 1.30pm however flowers were not delivered to funeral home until much later - flowers not seen as not with the other flowers at funeral service arriving far too late to accompany hearse.

Service rating : Initially, the flowers delivered were broken as Yodel (Delivery people) dropped the box with the flowers behind the recepients’ fence as they were not in. When they did get them, they were disappointed that they were in such a bad shape and I had to complain that this was the case. These flowers were for a Ruby Wedding anniversary and although had been ordered to reach the celebrities early, eventually, they only received the second bouquet a day after the event. The company might have been good, but the delivery service was bad.

Sent 6 e mails regarding flowers sent to our daughter for wedding anniversary which were disgusting all I got for £23 was 3 carnations 3 stems of spray carnations and rest gypsophila which I could of got at local shop for £5 the flowers were not healthy ones at that. Service rating : To get free delivery my brother and his wife had to wait 5 days after his anniversary day to get the flowers! But the ease of ordering was good (ordered on Thursday 2/5/13 and were delivered Tuesday 7/5/13)

Everything went as expected with my latest order (to Mrs Pat Dixon), but the clown who delivered my previous order (red roses for my wife on our wedding anniversary) ignored the perfectly correct address details and delivered the flowers to another ’Wilson’ household some miles away, and left them in an outhouse - with no note through the letter box to say they were there.. It was only by chance that the flowers were found - and the householder took them to the specified address. This stupidity almost defies belief - if it hadn’t happened, one could hardly make it up.

My order arrived on time and was very well received.
Product : The flowers were ordered for my sisters wedding anniversary. She was delighted with the flowers and found the Amazonia display very vibrant, unusual and exotic. They arrived on the day stated and were left as instructed. I have used serentaflowers before and WILL use them again.

Customer service was appalling - they did not apologise, only pointed me towards the terms and conditions stating they could arrive up to 9pm. They didn’t, they arrived 11 am the next day. Appalling. I would like to make a couple of points.
Firstly, they were delivered quite late in the day - approx. 4:45pm - to the school where my wife works (the flowers were for her on our anniversary), and it is lucky she was still there to receive them. Working in a school she would normally have left by that time, and I wonder if any consideration is given to this by the delivery team? I know it says that you can’t guarantee a particular time, and I cold have put a request on the order, but I still feel that is quite late for delivery to what is obviously a place of work.
Secondly, the flowers were not in any form of moisture / water, etc. and as a result, by the time of day when they were delivered, the gerberas in particular had wilted and it doesn’t seem as if they will recover.
I would appreciate hearing any comments you have.

Service rating : Flowers for my wife on our 21st wedding anniversary arrived 3 days late at the wrong house .I had to go and collect them from a house 50 steps up from my house where they had been left outside on the door step in the rain ( i am 73 and have had Parkinsons) .
I told Serenta about this and they never even replied, I have been charged and have not had a refund as yet. They promise a refund if the flowers are late.
Product : They had been dyed and were half dead when i eventually got them.

I have used Serenata Flowers previously, and never had a problem. However, this time, the issue came with the delivery of flowers. I had received an email to say it had arrived, but I had just spoken to the reciepent, to find out they had hadn’t arrived. Cutting a long story short- (and multiple emails with the customer service- who didn’t always keep me up to speed and a limited apology in the flowers delivery), the receipient had to go and find her own flowers on her Anniversary. Not sure I will be using Serenata Flowers again.

Ordered flowers for a 25th Wedding anniversary, didn’t arrive on day stated, said they would be delivered following day but I was having them delivered to the hotel the recipients were staying in and they left the following day. Some poor girl from the hotel called them to say there are some flowers here for you - she was in Yorkshire, recipient was in London. This was a significant anniversary so ordered in plenty of time. The delivery date was important but the flowers weren’t delivered....
I emailed the following day to ask what went wrong and when the delivery would be. Was told that they would contact me as soon as they established what the courier problem had been. Despite frequent emails from me there was no explanation, no apology and no attempt to make it right :-(
I have used this company before and they have bee very good, but this was awful. They need to get their customer service sorted, just an email to say sorry would have done it. It’s disappointing as they’re a good company and they could do much, much better. Let’s see if they eventually get back to me?????

They apologised saying that no refund would be given - because of the T&Cs and note had been left (which it had not - my friend even checked with her neighbours) - and offered nothing else no discount no extra flowers for my friend (like they did last year). Flowers were eventually delivered a day late - but that is not the service I paid for - I paid for certain day because that is day that my dear friend was suffering on in particular. I think what I found the most frustrating is that there was no real way to contact Serenata directly (not even direct email - it is awkward work to keeping to login) and they seemed to have no direct contact with their couriers and it felt very impersonal since a new person answered every time. They did respond quickly but were unable to give me any useful information except reiterating what I already knew that my delivery had failed and they had sent a message to the courier.

Service rating : An excellent service. Ordered in the afternoon, dlivered the next morning. A text sent to say that the flowers were on their way, Highly recommended.
Product : On a very special anniversary these flowers were very much appreciated. I am told they are of very good quality, and for not much money.. Thank you.

Product : Very poor, I was expecting a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for our anniversary.... NOT 6 flowers placed in a box , would have been far better going to a local shop than what I had received.

Not delivered until the day after it was ordered for (birthday & Anniversary of someone ill), The door bell was rung and the delivery person was seen running down the path, from the communal door to the block of flats, leaving the flowers outside for any passerby to take, and not waiting for a response

Service rating : Company organisation was excellent. Ordering the flowers was easy, order tracking was excellent. Pity the flowers werent anywhere near as expected. Rip Off to say the least.
Product : Awful. Cheap bunch of flowers thrown together. For £25 you would expect a glowing bunch looking professional and radiant. Not these goto asda get a better bunch from there an a lot cheaper. Really disappointed as they were for my wife on our 4th anniversary instead of being happy we were both annoyed. My wifes comment.... the card was nice says it all about the flowers.

Easy-to-navigate website and good choice of products at very competitive prices. My order arrived for my sister’s birthday in perfect time. I will definitely use Serenata in the future and have already recommended it to a friend wishng to send flowers for an anniversary.

Flowers were ordered for my late wife as it would have been our 50th wedding anniversary on the 19/1/2012. Due to an error at Serenata they were not delivered as requested on the 19th and scheduled for delivery on the 22nd.

This is the thurd time that i have used Serenat. the first time was good. Second time, for a friend on the day of her father’s funeral, did not arrive and eventually I had my moneyt reimbursed. Third time on the anniversary of a bereavement the flowers did not arrive and only after several requests did I get a choice of money back or delivery 5 days late. The order showed it was being processed and i was advised it was the fault of the postal service that it was nto delivered. I went with this option in the end.

Service rating : Company, attention to service particularly good, delivery fantastic.
Product : The delivery date was matched exactly and the delivery time was fantastic, however We were very disappointed with the amount of flowers in the orders for the price charged, also several flowers have allready died after just 2days. We have used other florists in the Swansea area and the quantity and quality has been much better. This was particularly disappointing as it was my mothers first wedding anniversary without my father who died earlier this year.

Product : Very disappointing quality of bouquet. Flowers never looked good, most flowers not opening up and droopy after one day. Embarrassing for me at my wedding anniversary.

I received your email advising they were delivered on Tuesday the 4th at 14.57, and my wife confirmed they came mid afternoon.
Product : I am unable to give a personal opinion of the flowers due to work commitments abroad, but was assured by my wife that they were very nice.

Product : THE FLOWERS WERE VERY POOR AND DROOPY AND WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY WERE FOR A SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY FOR MY BROTHER AND SISTER IN LAW TO MARK THEIR LATE DAUGHTER’S BIRTHDAY. WE WILL NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

Service rating : Flowers didnt even reach on time . There was a difficulty in entering the building but then no contact was made with me . I wasnt sent any email of not being able to deliver until I emailed about it . Really dissapointed
Product : There were not the same flowers as what i had ordered .I ordered Bring it on which had pink flowers but the flowers in bouquet were all purple and not the same as what i had ordered and seen on the website .Was very disappointed as it was my mum dad’s 25 th anniversary .

Service rating : Site advertises delivery between 0800 and 1800, however did not arrive till later and as my mum was going out for her 50th wedding anniversary and did not get them before she left even though she waited until after 1800. Great night spoiled.
Product : I paid 40 pound for flowers and when they did arrive, 3 of the flowers were dead/dying. Maybe that’s what you get for complaining!

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on a friday but didnt receive any notification that they were on their way out howver when I contacted serenata they were very helpful and changed the delivery date to monday as they would have been unable to deliver on the friday. On Saturday however I got an email to say they flowers were on their way to the courier so I can only conclude that they weren’t able to get them on out on the friday. I wasn’t very happy as they were for an anniversary and I ordered them two weeks before to ensure delivery on that day.

Product : This was our 59th wedding anniversary .Very unhappy about the quality . Quite a few of the flowers only lasted 4days Flowers at the local suppermaket lasts twice as long at only half the price
