Service rating : As I don’t know my niece’s home, and her whereabouts, I was a little concerned that the gift of an orchid plant was left outside back of her home, with no knowledge of whether it would be seen, rescued and enjoyed. I’d asked for it to be left with a neighbour if out. Happily I later received a text of thanks and appreciation, so my fears came to nothing.
Product : Unseen by me but appreciated by recipient.

Product : This order wasn’t as pleasing as the roses and stocks recently ordered. I was rather disappointed when I saw them two days later though the recipient was kind

Service rating : As a disclaimer, this all happened on Valentines Day, undoubtedly the industry’s busiest and most trying day, but the site crashed just after the pivotal moment of confirming my order. Then no one picked up the phone on the customer service. In fact, it disconnected straight away. I tried to get contact via the form file and, despite promised a response within 24 hours, that didn’t happen. On the day, the tracking service stayed stuck on one section for hours, which is fine, but it then inexplicably went back a spot in a system that bizarrely lost one stage of the process. I’ve marked it ’poor’ when it should be ’bad’ but this is taking into account just how busy a day it must have been.
Product : Having said all of the above, the roses looked amazing and my love showed her appreciation later. Job done. Thank you.

Service rating : Arrived on time, without any damage.
Product : Really liked the picture, which said it was a standard bouquet, and ordered the extra large because it said “significantly more impressive” and “significantly more blooms”.
When it arrived we were extremely disappointed as it looked small as we had wanted a large bouquet as a gesture of our appreciation to the recipient.

The prompt response I received via email when I was ordering was quite qood- HOWEVER. . .I did not receive any feedback from the recipient- are you sure were delivered?? She’s usually very prompt in her appreciation??
