Service rating : Flowers were quite good but you did not put the card and message I sent and they did not know who the flowers were from.
Product : David and Kerryann had just lost a baby that weekend and as I live in Northern Ireland I wanted to let them know that I was thinking of them which I put in my message. I am David’s grandmother and he had to phone around to find out who sent them

Service rating : Very good they do let you know where the flowers are at each stage I had a text about 15mins after they were delivered to say that they had just delivered them to the person they were for just can’t fault them my daughter-in- law is having a baby in August will use them for flowers for her

Service rating : The flowers were "nice" but didn’t look at all like what I selected from the website.
Product : What flowers there were were good quality, but the sales image was an ARRANGEMENT while what was delivered were flowers in a vase. Minimal baby’s breath, which was prevalent in the sales photo.

Service rating : This is the second time I have used Serenata. The first time it was for a new baby and my colleague said nothing bad/good about the bouquet. This time I was able to see it and considering I had made it Grandissimo - it was small and not worth the money it cost, I felt.

I ordered 2 sets of flowers, one for my step mum (delivery was without a problem) and another to my mother inlaw. I found out that she had gone to look after her very ill sister and so I needed to rearrange the delivery to a different address. I emailed the details on the thursday before the saturday they were supposed to be delivered and no-one got back to me. I tried to email again on the saturday and found the flowers had been delivered to the original address. They are probaby still there now wilting away :(. Better customer cummunication is needed. And responses to emails if this is the only form of communication that you are offering. I have not had an apology, nor an offer of a refund!. I’m afraid to say that I am very disappointed.

Already filled in feedback for these flowers - they were for Mothers day for my Mum from my baby son and nephew - disgusted at the quality, snapped flowers / looked like they were dying / very small not what was on the picture- felt really upset that i couldn’t turn the time back and get some more. would like another bouquet and or refund!!!

Service rating : The flowers were much smaller than i anticipated and 2 of the flowers were snapped. I have also e-mailed a complaint but am yet to receive a response. i feel really upset as these were sent on behalf of my baby son and nephew for their Grandma. When i went to visit my mum i could of cried, even though she didn’t express her disappointment i felt really embarrassed. My sister saw the flowers and also commented on the standard. The flowers seemed to be much smaller than on the picture which i understand is for illustration purposes but i feel that had i of known i would not have purchased. At the moment i will not be using serenata again and will not be recommending your website, this is only my 2nd purchase with you, the 1st purchase was fantastic, these were the complete opposite. Its too late to turn back time now as i feel the damage is done - is there anything that you can do ? maybe a new bouquet/ refund?

The word Deluxe was far from what was delivered. After double checking your web site for details on the Strawberry Sundae bouquet I confirmed that the number of blooms I received was the same as the one pictured,(3 roses, 3 carnations, 1 lily, some white glysophilia and lots of baby breath), not the deluxe I paid for. The flowers I did get were not of a good quality either. One of the carnations heads was broken, as were a few of the glysophilia. On top of this the lily that has still not opened. Very disappointing.

On this occasion you failed miserably. I ordered these flowers for Valentines day on the 6th of February in very good time. I also ordered a baby basket for my newly born grandaughter which was delivered on time. My wifes valentines flowers arrived about 2.15 on the 15th a whole day late, kind of killed the moment !!!!. As the flowers hadnt arrived late yesterday I had to go and purchase some alternative blooms, just so the wife would still speak to me. I have used this service on three occasions now however I will think very carefully about using it again.

Easy to use but not happy with the man who delivered. Very rude and was throwing flowers about. Flowers was for the loss of a baby and this upset them to receive the flowers in that way

Product : I only saw the baby girl gift basket on Skype as we are in Australia but the rose plant looked beautiful, the chocolates were reported to be delicious and the bear very cute. Thank you!

The flowers were nothing like i ordered . i never got a text or mail to tell me they would change the colour and quality was poor, i made several attempts to contact them but no reply, i tried to cancel another order that was placed and asked for them to confirm my order was canceled and again no reply, to say i was upset was an understatement. a very dear friend was leaving to have a baby i felt my gift was inadequate

Service rating : Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the delivery. Depite leaving specific instructions on delivery, (my daugther lives in an apartment 2nd floor). The driver called my daughter to come to the van as he was unable to leqve his van (because it didnt lock!). This meant my daughter having to leave her sleeping 12 week old baby in the apartment. I feel that I should have been told if the delivery was going to be difficult.
Product : Not what I expected - just ok. Probably wont use this service again

Service rating : Found the website very easy to use and the delivery very quick.
Product : Whilst the arrangement was nice it was much smaller than I expected it to be - one reason I send flowers is because it normally looks so much nicer and better value for money and the bouquets and normally a really good size - this when it arrive unfortunately didn’t look any better than a bunch I could have bought in a supermarket - and to be honest I could have got a larger bunch of flowers for half the price if I had gone to Waitrose. Very disappointed. This bouquet was a thank you for my mum for looking after my little boy while we were in hospital having his baby brother and now I wish I had gone to my local florist. I will go back to using Next flowers in future.

Flowers and vase were satisfactory. However the delivery standard was very poor. The flowers were for my daughter following the birth of her baby. She was delayed at the hospital and wasn’t in to recieve them. They were just lect on the doorstep which is staight on to the street, The box got soaked and could have been stolen! No attempt was made to contact either of us by phone as I had asked on the delivery instructions. My daughter’s partner phoned to complain.

Service rating : They delivered my flowers to the wrong address and had no clue they’d made a mistake. It took forever for me to find their phone number, as it’s not listed on their webpage and when I called up they couldn’t tell me when the flowers were next to be dispatched as they needed to investigate! Mistakes like these shouldn’t be made as flowers are often time sensitive to when they’re ordered and sent. I was sending them to a friend who’d lost a baby and they arrived late and to the wrong address. Appalling service.
Product : I don’t know! I haven’t seen the flowers as they were sent to a friend. I’d say they appear to be good value (well they would be if they reached the right recipient).

Service rating : I have called and complaint the flowers I had ordered were not delivered. even sent email through-after 3 days still have not had any response back from anyone.
Product : These flowers were for my friend whose had just lost her 2 year old baby. The response from the customer services was that they had left the flowers at the porch. when there is not porch in the house. Ridiculous..no customer services at all.

Service rating : I was not notified order not delivered for parents golden wedding, had to chase. Call Centre opp was unhelpful and told me I had to re-order to have flowers delivered that day instead of offering a solution. When I said not acceptable, it was up to Serenata to resolve as order now two days late, she told me ’not to go off on one’. Supervisor arranged for order that day but did not advise despatched or delivered as I requested, and indeed service advises will happen. Flowers not close to what ordered which was specific reason I chose Serenata. Will never use them again, could not be more disappointed on something that was a very special day for my parents.
Product : Was not delivered as apparently original order damaged and Serenata advised they could not replace on same-day order. My parents say they received lilies, carnations and babys breath.

Service rating : Our beautiful arrangement of flowers worth $90 were delivered to the wrong address, partly our fault as we entered W8 4NPinstead of W8 7NP. However our daughters home phn no was given. Order Ref No Q3520710. Our Dispatch confirmation came through 14/6 and then Delivery confirmation 15/6 which showed the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address, too late for us to dispute the wrong address (from Australia). My daughter (who had a baby 12/6) lives at Flat 2, Basement, 15-17 Hornton St, Kensington, W8 7NP. This is all very upsetting and I have phoned and emailed numerous times and even were prepared to pay for another arrangement of flowers. Now I am giving up as I am getting no where. I had ordered some flowers to be delivered to cheer her up because her baby was overdue. When they arrived the green paper around the base of the stems was bone dry and some of the flowers were dying.Instead of cheering her up she felt bad for me because the surprise had all gone wrong.However a lovely genlteman from Customer Services,I think his name was Mike arranged for more flowers plus chocolates to be delivered to her the following day.These duly arrived and were lovely.Thank-you.

Service rating : Your service at customer services was terrible, and additionally the service from home delivery network was also terrible, I had to phone twice to your customer services as my flowers had not arrived by 6 pm , I explained that these flowers as stated on my original order were for a funeral, this being my baby daughters, but this seemed to have no bearing on delivery? Had these been going to a funeral directors these would obviously not have made it on the day I had specified, which is terrible service indeed. The customer services lady. Spoke to sounded like she had joined the team that very evening and offered no help at all, she told me they could run a little late if you were busy, however when I said well how much long is acceptable to wait and she told me 6pm??????? There was no compassion at all that I needed these flowers for a funeral, terrible service.
Product : The delivery bloke turned up around 7.40pm, rang the bell and I didn’t even get the chance to answer the door, he had got in his van and left my flowers on the door step. No one signed for them, they could of been stolen being let there.
The flowers them self were very poor quality fressia and the greenery that was with them was not what was stated it to be, making a very bland looking bouquet, the fressia’s were all completely in tight bud, a very unattractive display, very far from the beautiful picture you portray.

Service rating : The flowers I ordered for same day delivery on Jan 12th did not arrive. I didn’t realise this until I went to visit my friend with her new baby on January 21st. I immediately phoned customer services but had to wait approx 15mins before getting through to speak to someone. He was apologetic, polite and helpful but couldn’t explain what had gone wrong because your ’partner’ who should have delivered the flowers needed to be contacted. He would inform them of the problem and took my number to ask them to call me back if not that day then the following Monday. I was therefore very disappointed to have to contact customer services again after hearing nothing and confirming with my friend that her flowers had still not been delivered by 1st February. Yet again I waited a long time to get through (do you always experience an ’unusually high volume of calls’ because you get a lot of complaints?!) On the plus side the lady that dealt with my complaint was very good (as I was definitely complaining this time rather than politely enquiring what went wrong). She was calm, polite and spoke with her manager - offered me a refund or an upgraded bouquet which would hopefully be delivered that day. It was - my friend says the flowers are beautiful - I hope she’s not just being polite. I feel all the positive comments on your website about how easy, wonderful and hassle-free ordering flowers from you were entirely wrong. I do not know who your ’partner’ is in all this where presumably the blame lies but I really hope that you do not continue to use them if this is the standard of their service. I would actually still like to to no why exactly things did not go to plan as there has been no explanation.
Product : I haven’t seen the flowers as I am in Ripon and they are down in Devon - so I don’t know.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday 19th December for my sister as she lost her baby last Sunday. Only having asked her if she liked them when I spoke to her on Thursday 22nd dec did she say she she had no idea what I meant leaving me feeling very embarrassed. I am so upset about all of this, all I was offered when I rang up was a redelivery, I had to explain to your staff member that this was not any form of sorry or compensation, you were merely doing what you should have done in the first place, finally she offered me ten percent off, pathetic for a delivery six days late for something so important and devastating,

Service rating : The choices are good, the emails regarding the order were good, but the dried out and wilted incorrect arrangement was delivered to my son and his partner after they had attended the funeral for their baby.

Service rating : Ordered flowers and chocolates for my cousin, they arrived the next day before mid day. The service is brilliant and emails were sent to let me know hoe the order was progressing, excellent!
Product : My cousin said they were absolutely gorgeous and she managed to scoff them down before going into labour and having her baby, she was well happy!
