I am extremely saddened and disappointed in the size and quality of the flowers that we delivered today. I’m not sure that they will last very long at all.
I could have paid less for a much better bunch at Asda, your web page does not reflect the extremely pitiful bunch that were purchased for a birthday gift.
What a shocking experience we have all had at the office today. How embarrassing for the us and the poor lady whose birthday they were for.
Please advise what you intend to do to make amends for today. Please do not offer a voucher of any next purchase as that would not satisfactory.
The delivery man gave to the box to a person walking by and did not even enter the building.
I look forward to hearing your response by email please and sooner rather than later.

I used the service as a surprise for my niece on her dads birthday who died some months ago and found your cards very limited and not one suited what I was looking for. Apart from that small thing everything else was excellent would definitely use again. Thank you mrs k gallagher

I am too far from Colindale (230 miles to be exact) to go round with something for Jan’s birthday so with the help of Serenata I got her some roses.
Hopefully she will also get a new mobile phone!
As Jan’s phone was not working the Texts and E-mails from Serenata where very helpful
Product : As I have not yet been able to contact Jan I can not say for sure but believe that she was very happy with them.

Service rating : I thought the service was ok they let me no exactly what time they were coming an what the drive was called etc its the flowers that weren’t good.
Product : Flowers came they didn’t look anything like the picture on the website!. After one day the roses were dead, the leaves were drooping and crunchy, and the carnations were brown. I didn’t expect this after one day you can get flowers from the supermarket and they will last over a week. As I bought these for my mothers 50th birthday I was disappointed and wouldn’t use this service again.

I ordered a hamper the DAY BEFORE my Dad’s birthday at about 3pm and he got it at 10am the NEXT DAY...and better still, I ordered it on a SUNDAY! It arrived on the Monday no problems and my Dad was chuffed to bits. I think that’s brilliant...I will definitely use them again!

The flowers where great value and lovely.The only downside was not leaving a note to say Flowers delivered next door.I ordered a surprise for my sister in law for her birthday,but next door kept them and gave next day.

Service rating : Easy to use web site and handled professionally.
Product : Mother-in-law was delighted with the flowers for her 90th birthday.

The flowers I ordered were for a special friend’s 80th birthday. I got a message to say they were out for delivery and later an email to say they were not accpeted by the addressee. She was there all the time and I think it is a big excuse. I asked for re-delivery and this never happened. The telephone contact was not operational. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Service rating : I was really disappointed I ordered my flowers for delivery next day and delivery date stated this (sat), these were for my friends birthday-got a text to thank me for the flowers that were delivered Monday, hence my frustration

Service rating : The flowers arrived on time and the delivery instructions given were followed accurately.
Product : LIMP ROSES! I opted for the deluxe version of a bouquet of flowers for my Mother’s birthday and the roses in the bunch were limp by the following day. Not very good quality I’m afraid!

Service rating : Birthday present for mum, flowers did not arrive in bloom and some of the stems had snapped, my mum was pleased with them nonetheless.
Product : Will look gorgeous when all in bloom.

The birthday girl also enjoyed the birthday cake - not sure what she drank with it!!

I did not want to buy a card. I wrote a birthday message but did not realize it would result in an auto purchase of a birthday card. I believed as florists all over the world would use a complimentary blank 2x2 card.

Service rating : apparently the flowers had started to wilt as there wasn’t enough water in the bag. The picked up once they were transferred into a vase
Product : A birthday cake was ordered to go with the flowers for the recipients birthday but it wasn’t delivered. I got a casual email after enquiring what had happened telling me they would re-credit my card. I will not be using serenata again

Between good and poor! The product was good and website easy to use but they did not deliver on the day requested which was my elderly fathers birthday. Since i live 200 miles away it was important for me that my father received our flowers on the day. It was very disappointing that they were not delivered until the following day - i didn’t even receive a message to explain that they were going to be late or why they were late!

I am very pleased with your emails which let me know what was happening in England whilst I am in Australia.
The flowers were for my aunt’s 102 nd birthday and she is still able to enjoy flowers.
I have not heard to date what she thought but I am confident she was pleased.
Look forward to booking more flowers next year when she is 103.

The flowers arrived a day later than we were promised, therefore my sister in law didn’t get them on her birthday. However I think this was a fault with the carrier, as they received them in their warehouse in time to deliver them on the required day (according to the tracking).

Everything fine except that the flowers left your store on the booked date of 9th May (my friend’s birthday), but didn’t arrive until a day later. Also I received no notification from Serenata that they’d arrived at their destination - I had to ask my friend directly.

Service rating : One of four blooms was broken upon receipt - disappointing for my wife on her 50th birthday. By way of recompense I was advised that I could have 25 percent discount off my next order. So, to correct provision of faulty goods I would have to spend more money with them!
Product : Three blooms were excellent but fourth was broken

I thank u for All the amazing in touch emails u sent me when the flowers were on route and arrival, positioning of flowers vase and cake, it unfortunately my auntie Ethel’s birthday present was ruined by her being taken into Saffron Waldron Hospital where she still remains. Service rating : The flowers arrived at 6.30 ish which I think is very late as they were for a birthday and I would have expected them to arrive during the morning up to midday.. The next door neighbours were there all day at No. 73.

Delivery was not attempted until one day after requested delivery date. That delivery was unsuccessful because they could not find the address but I received no phone call from the delivery van to ask for directions which is ridiculous. They finally got my mum’s birthday flowers to her the next day 2 days after I requested

Appreciate the problem with keeping cakes fresh, but would have preferred an alternative option to fruit birthday cake as recipient has an allergy problem. However, it’s the thought that counts and everyone else enjoyed it!

I sent a comment the day before, asking to the possibility of send 27 Yellow Tulips instead 20 (as that was exactly the age of my daughter on this birthday), asking the price for these flowers added and giving to them the telephone number of the person who received the present (in case it would had been neccesary) and I never received an answer.

Service rating : The flowers were delivered on my grandma’s birthday, but I was a bit disappointed that they arrived so late in the day.

Communication was good but I was dismayed to be contacted by email just before delivery was due to tell me that the flowers I had ordered were out of stock. Had I not been checking my email regularly the order would have been cancelled and my elderly aunt would have thought her birthday forgotten! I have ordered from many on-line suppliers over the years and have never had this happen previously.

Service rating : I found them very good and the flowers were excellent, they where for my aunties 70th birthday and she was very pleased with them.

Service rating : I have used you 3 times and the service has always been excellent and the flowers reasonable value. I also like some of the more unusual bouquets (and so has my mum when she received them.) However the flowers that were sent to my nan last week were disappointing - see below. Despite this "good" rating for service and value I was really disappointed with my nan’s flowers and will look for another florist next time.
Product : I ordered the Roses and Stocks bouquet for my nan’s 92nd birthday and they arrived as requested on Wednesday 1st May. However when I went to visit my nan at the weekend (Sunday) they were already dead. She had kept them in a vase to show me but it was really embarrassing, it wasn’t even as if they had started to wilt a bit, they were completely dead and looked terrible next to all the other lovely flowers she had received from other relatives. My nan wasn’t complaining about it at all, she was so grateful to receive the flowers however this experience has put me off using Serenata flowers in the future. It’s a shame because I live over 100 miles from all my family in Wales so I send flowers to various family members regularly.

I’ve used Seranta Flowers a couple of times before and have never previously had a problem. However, I am confused by what happened in my last order. I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my friends birthday as I live quite far away from her. The confirmation email I received stated the date that I wanted them to be delivered (my friend’s birthday), however they were delivered the day after, with no explanation as to why. I was told I will receive a refund but I don’t think that has happened yet.

The only negative thing would be that would prevent me from using your service again was the later times of delivery. prefer to be more specific about delivery especially for a birthday. however cant fault the communications.

Again I did not see the delivered card, only the visual image on the internet pages; it seemed OK. I thought the selection that I was able to see was a bit limited for choice in respect of specific occasions; e.g. birthdays. My ’good’ marking is really halfway between ’good’ and ’poor’. I would use Serenataflowers again.

Service rating : The flowers were not sent on the requested day. This day was selected as it was an important day . Yes an upgrade was offered but no picture/ explanation of what this would be: I had to explain to the recipient that part of their birthday present would not be there on their birthday. So overall dissapointed

The service was excellent. The flowers were delivered on time and I was updated throughout the day as to where they were. The flowers were a present for my sister’s birthday and she loved them. I would definitely recommend Serenata flowers and I would use them again.

Despite my request for patience the box which contained the flowers was thrown over the back wall. My mother’s 90th birthday was that day, she has severe arthritis in her feet and cannot walk fast.

I have emailed you with the above complaint and not heard anything back. This is bad customer service.

delivered to wardened accommodation flats but merely left on the street next to the foyer. Luckily not stolen but another resident brought them in for my 90 year old auntie but unfortunatley the day after her birthday.

Product : Normally your flowers are excellent but the Spring Brights I received for my wife were so disappointing. They didn’t look at all like the picture and very few flowers. Not ideal for a birthday present.

My order was for a birthday gift on 24th April, but the flowers were not delivered until 25th April despite the fact that I received both an email and text from the company informing me that they had been delivered on the afternoon of 24th. Service rating : I emailed you a day after the flowers were delivered. I was not happy with them at all. All the petals started to fall off on the flowers that were opened. Now the Lilly’s have opened and they are all droopy. I am so disappointed as they were meant for a special birthday present for my mum. And also disappointed with your company as you never replied to my emails.

I happen to be the other side of the world but when someone special has a birthday all the stops have got to be pulled out. SerenataFlowers did a wonderful job of getting the well packaged and presented flowers, chocolates and birthday card there on time and it certainly kept me in the good books. not very much choice of birthday cards

Only one design of card for each occasion so it is completely pointless. I only picked a card because the bouquet was a surprise for a present and I wanted the recipient to know who it was from plus for me to be able to wish a happy birthday. Apart from that I’d never choose it if it was a main card for somebody.

I sent flowers to my mother for her birthday she rang and was upset that I had spent £19.99 for such a poor bunch of flowers she said they looked like I had got them from a garage I was upset by that I dont live near my mother so I sent the flowers to her as I dont see her often please can you sort this out for me

They didnt send a sympathy card. they sent a birthday card with ’we send our condolences’ inside.

Thanks for the lovely flowers. My only suggestion for improvement would be that it would nice for Birthday bouquets to be presented to the addressee by hand - not in a box - so that the receiver is immediately surprised. Apart from that, all great!

Service rating : First delivery of birthday flowers 2 days late, replacement delivery also 2 days late - both looked worse for wear as had been in transit for 2 days. Both times had to go through continual email process as wrong phone number on website. Got full refund but until they stop using YODEL I’ll be avoiding!
Product : I am sure if they had arrived on the day they should have they would have been beautiful but having been in transit for 2 days they had little to no water and had wilted/gone brown slightly.

Service rating : However do feel the quality control of what is sent to customers should be better.
Product : The flowers looked good on arrival 20th April. By Monday our daughter rang to tell me that the flowers were ready for the dustbin. £39 these should have lasted at least 10 days+ and not 2. Flowers purchased from a supermarket have lasted longer at one third of the price Therefore one very very dissatisfied customer and one very unhappy daughter whose birthday flowers lasted no time at all.

Product : I ordered the pink orchid for my mother’s birthday and she is absolutely thrilled with it. Lots of beautiful flowers and beautifully presented. I’ve order flowers & plants with Serenata Flowers for a couple of years now and they have never disappointed anyone - they just love them. Flowers took 8 hours to reach my Mother for her Birthday and arrived just before 5 pm. Really poor service. I shall not recommend and will never use again. Almost an insult rather than a Birthday gift.

Service rating : I used Serenata to order some flowers for my mother’s birthday. The site was easy to use and I cannot fault the service. Constant communication as to the whereabouts of my order until it arrived, so I always had confidence that it would get there!
Product : My only qualm is that the flowers were not really to the standard I expected. I was expecting a larger bouquet due to the price (and image on the site), and though the lillies were yet to bloom, a few of the others flowers looked slightly wilted and I assume won’t last long. A little disappointing.

Service rating : I liked the prompt message send to confirm receipt of order and confirmation of dispatch and delivery. This is very helpful and reassuring.
Product : The flowers were for my Aunt’s Birthday and she said that they were "gorgeous" and that she was thrilled with them. White roses and freesias are her favourites.

Service rating : Failed to deliver on day requested for a birthday. Keep clear if you don’t want to be let down.
Offered refund or re delivery but that isn’t the point is it.
Product : When the flowers arrived the day after they were requested to they were nice shame they missed the actual reason they were bought for.

Service rating : The flowers I ordered to be delivered on Friday were not recieved until Tuesday - missing my mothers 75th birthday.
I have always had good experiences with Serenata in the past. I did get my money back.
