Product : Flowers were loved and really cheered up my Mum, the get well soon balloon really completed them! Thank you very much!

Service rating : Very impressed with service, kept me up to date by text with the progress of my order and was delivered on time.
Product : The flowers were Roses and Stocks, the roses lasted two days and the stocks 4 days. They were a Get Well gift for my Mum who has breast cancer, I told her I was doing this feedback so she told me how disappointed she was with the flowers. She hadn’t wanted me to know how bad they were, she received flowers from other florists in Brixham at the same time that are still looking good. Sorry service may be good but if flowers aren’t then I won’t be using this company again.

They sent the wrong card to my Mum. I don’t have much money and the flowers were a lot of money to me. When my Mum got someone elses card instead of her get well soon message, I was really annoyed. They refused to send another card and refunded a stingy £3.50. Most unhelpful in making a customer and sick lady happy.

Well my mum didn’t receive her get well soon flowers and I’ve still not heard back from Serenata to let me know what has happened.
