Flowers are lovely and recipient very happy. Was surprised that a message could only be added with an additional £2.99 charge. An email was received later in the evening approx 9.45pm asking me to contact the person to tell them who the flowers were from. I didn’t want a card but a brief note e.g get well soon, love from.etc.. To not be added was a surprise. This would have not caused the confusion it did. The recipient couldn’t tell me she received them as I didn’t tell her I was sending them. I was left unsure whether they had been delivered until the email arrived. A flower card would have been a good option in this case, when a standard card not required at an additional cost. If a card costs an addition amount, and I was aware that the recipient would know who they were from I would have been inclined to order a different item / less expensive to take into account the card cost as well. Maybe the website could make this a little clearer. Many thanks for the delivery. My friend had a hysterectomy and once she knew the flowers were from a girly friend, we laughed. She was pleased not to have a secret admirer in view of recent events!! Hope the feedback helps :-)

Service rating : I placed this order with your company on Tuesday 11th as your website advertised it would be delivered Wednesday 12th, so I happily placed my order and paid the next day delivery charge.
There were many other sites I could have used to send my get well package (free of charge) to my Father who is just out of hospital after a major operation, but I picked yours as next day delivery for cheese I felt was the healthiest way to send.
Unfortunately I live some distance for my parents so in my absence the best I could do was to send a get well gift under the understanding it would be delivered ready for him to receive on his return from hospital.
Upon speaking with my father I found that my package has not been delivered and checking your website the only tracking information I could get was that my package had been accepted by your courier.
I am most disappointed that my gift did not arrive on time as it looked like I had not bothered and I didn’t care, while other people were able to pop in and see my father and bring cards and gifts.
Had I know my gift would not have been delivered on time I would have used a different company.
The ladies I e-mailed with were very friendly and polite but could not offer a reason why my package was delivered a day late and I was only offered a 20% discount off my next order which would mean I would need to spend another £25.00 (plus another delivery charge) in order to re-cope my £4.99 delivery charge with no guarantee my next order would arrive on time. An offer to spend more money with a company that has let me down with no explanation is no incentive to use them again especially with so much choice on the internet.
Product : The goods however, I am told by my father were absolutely lovely and he enjoyed them very much. I myself have not seen them as I live some distance from my family. Such a shame the were late (no use turning up a day after the gift was expected, like arriving at a party or Christmas empty handed) or I would have used your company again without a second thought

Service rating : Efficient delivery.
Product : Having received a bouquet via your company I decided to use you to send a get well bouquet to a relation and was very disappointed when I saw it 4 days after it had arrived - it was looking very sorry for itself and there were not as many stems as I imagined there would be.

Service rating : I couldn’t be more delighted with the company and service. I was kept up to date from ordering to delivery. Many thanks for an excellent service.
Product : As this was a get well gift - the comment from my friend was "I wish I felt as good as these flowers look"

Service rating : I spoke to my wife on Tuesday 14th to find out about the flowers and as you may imagine i was surprised to find that instead of an "I love you" balloon for Valentines day she got a "Get Well Soon" balloon. I asked that they be delivered after 6:30pm and was not told it was a problem but they were delivered at 3:00pm. I am a serviceman in Afghanistan at the minute not having been home since Christmas so you can imagine I am very unhappy that the gift for my wife was wrong.Gifts like this are very important when you are away and I feel this mistake is very poor I doubt I will use this service again and I will also tell others here about your mistake.
Product : The I Love you balloon that arrived actually said "GET WELL SOON" not the sort of thing you send your wife for valentines.

Service rating : I used Serenata flowers to send a plant basket basket to a friend as a get well gift.
The delivery was delayed because of a vehicle breakdown, not really a problem.
My friend was very pleased with the plants.
Some weeks later in conversation she told me one of the Cyclamen plants had died within a few days followed by another, she had not said anything not wanting to upset me.
I wasn’t happy so I rang Serenata.Explaining the delivery was delayed due transport breakdown (serenata had e-mailed me with this problem) and wondered if the delay in the vehicle and cold could have caused the
deterioration of the plants. No problem, they replaced the Cyclamen basket and delivered them next day. This I call great service Many thanks.
Product : My friend was very pleased with both baskets, lets hope the replacement lasts longer

Service rating : The internet service that was provided, was very easy to use and offered a good selection. Payment was easy.
However, I clicked on the different sympathy cards to look at them, before deciding to select the generic free one. I think I then clicked "next", so the page asked me to enter more information. I did this, but I believe it was at this point that the page also selected a "Get Well Soon" card. This was not what I wanted, especially as I was sending the flowers to my auntie, after my uncle had passed away.
I was not aware that the "Get Well Soon" card had been selected, and it wasn’t until I reviewed my completed order, that I realised.
This was possibly the worse card it could have picked, as "Get Well Soon" could be seen as a bit of an insult for someone grieving! I tried to email for a correction, but the site log-in did not work. I tried to email, but no reply. Finally, I called the number, which was answered quickly to my surprise (thank you for this). I asked for the order to be changed to a Sympathy card, as I thought this would be easier than the blank (free) card. The man on the phone was a bit hesitant to help, saying that he wasn’t sure that he could change the order now. I asked him to find out, as he said it was in "process" or "packing" (I can’t remember to terminology he used), so he then said he would ensure it was changed, otherwise he would call me back. I didn’t hear anything back from him, so thought that a "Sympathy" card would accompany the flowers.
It wasn’t until later in the week, that I found out that the "Get Well Soon" card had arrived, much to my embaressment and dismay.
I realise that it may have been either my fault or the page refreshing that led to the wrong card being selected. What I am upset about, is that I was promised that this would be changed, and yet it wasn’t.
Something, was obviously done on the order, as I see you have "Sympathy" card below, but the wrong card was sent.
Product : The flowers were nice, and well received.
