The balloon was deflated, which I could not believe as the only requirement for a ballon is that it be filled with helium or air at least. But was another disaster.

Because the package was ordered twice, my wife received 2 of each. One balloon was a standard helium, the other was a small hand held balloon on a stick. Not good value. Clearly not all orders receive same standard or quality. The helium balloon was not firm, as one would expect.

I ordered a helium balloon with my Mother’s Day flower, however I got an email 3 days before delivery to say they didn’t have any in stock! I thought being Mother’s Day they would ensure they have them in stock!

Service rating : Cant fault the service. Arrived on time and the order was easy to make. A paypal service would be an improvement.
Product : I have selected ’poor’ because flowers arriving in a box really doesnt have the same affect. They werent as big as what the picture made them look, and that goes for the tiny balloon too. I was expecting a normal sized helium balloon not a tiny one on a stick. I wouldnt order from you again because of these reasons.

Balloon was great but would be so much better as a floaty helium baloon then one on a stick

I would have preferred to order a helium ballon - non available anywhere on line - your company was the closest with the ballon on a stick.

Its a balloon on a stick so its ok but would have prefered the option of a proper helium balloon

Service rating : Excellent website which is easy to use and gives lovely display of flowers available. First class service in that they deliver exactly when you ask them to and the flowers are always beautiful.
Product : As described, it was a mini helium balloon but added a little something extra for my sister’s birthday.

Service rating : Shame the flowers were not up to expectations, especially as I spent in excess of £30. The website and ordering service were good but product fell short.
Product : Balloon was a LOT smaller than it looked on the picture - I thought it would be a real helium balloon, but it was the size of a lollipop stick!
