Product : The flowers/plant is beautiful, they were for a friend who were being induced the day after and so I wanted so send a pretty, thinking of you bouquet without it being too girly, and it was perfect.

Service rating : The ordering was a bit complicated and I think there could be a larger range of cards, especially in the "bereavement" or "thinking of you" section. Contact was excellent once the order had been placed.

The flowers were sent as a thinking of you present and so I cannot describe them, however they were greatly received and were called beautiful. What I can say is the purchase and service was fautless - easy, fast and next day delivery was brilliant. The range of flowers was amazing and Serenta will be my first choice from now on.

Product : These flowers were for a bereaved colleague and she has not returned to work yet so I can’t comment on what the flowers were actually like. Thinking about the cards on the website, it would be good to have a suitable design for a sympathy card eg something in pale purple/white with a message like ’Thinking of You’.

HAVE USED THE SERVICE MANY TIMES AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, WIDE CHOICE OF FLOWERS, GOOD WEB SITE ALL THE FLOWERS DELIVERED ON TIME AND AT A GOOD PRICE.

CAN I MAKE A SUGGESTION: THE LATEST FLOWERS I SENT WERE SENT TO A FUNERAL DIRECTOR FOR THEM TO PUT ON A COFFIN, YOUR E-MAIL TO ME CONFIRMING THAT THE FLOWERS HAD BEEN DELIVERED READ: "MAY BE IT’S AN OLD WIFE’S TALE BUT YOU SOON WILL FEEL YOURS EARS BURNING, CHANCES ARE IT SOME ONE THINKING OF YOU--------- AND IT’S NOT JUST ANY SOME ONE BUT------ "

THE FLOWERS WERE FOR SOME ONE WHO HAD DIED AND THE E-MAIL WAS INAPPROPRIATE AND UPSETTING, MAY BE YOU COULD HAVE THE E-MAIL SCANNED TO SEE TO WHOM THE FLOWERS ARE FOR AND WHEN DELIVERED TO A FUNERAL ADDRESS THE MESSAGE COULD BE MODIFIED

however, be careful of the content of the messages as they could have been annoying, the one where it said " someones thinking of you right now and mentions the recipipients name several times" ONCE was good
