Service rating : Flowers were a day late and customer services tried to blame the recipient for ínot being able to access the propertyí when she was in all day. Very disappointing and the follow-up was equally poor - I only received an answer to my query nearly 4 hours later, after posting on FB rather than within the hour as stated on the website.
Product : Good flowers but it didnít quite make up for the poor after-sales service, resulting in belated birthday wishes.

Having done this they responded by saying the flowers were signed for by Hallway (of all names). It took Serenata a few days to get "urgent" feedback from their courier confirming non delivery, no reason was given but Serenata did offer to send another delivery. This was arranged again, someone was in again, the delivery didnít take place, again, the excuse being they couldnít access the property, no clarification given. Serenata offered to ask the courier to retry delivering the flowers again, this would be 4 days after being packaged in a box! what state would the flowers be in ? This was a pick me up for my niece whoís been in hospital, receiving wilting flowers would not do this! I have sent cards, gifts from other companies to my niece without any problem, so I think that the service you receive from Serenata will very much depend on the post code you are sending the flowers to. Maybe they need to get a competent courier for this area, as the one they currently have obviously isnít. I wonít be using them again or recommending them to anyone. I am out of pocket for the flowers & my niece hasnít got my gift so I will need to send something else & be further out of pocket due to this companyís incompetence. Also I wanted my gift to arrive the week my niece came out of hospital, not a few weeks later, this was altogether a very poor experience.

The webpage was easy and quick to use. My only quibble is that although the flowers left the shop at 10.00 they were not delivered until 17.30. The delivery person was very apologetic. Despite traffic and heavy workload I think this took far too long. I was also unable to track my delivery, neither the ref. no. or postcode was recognised by the tracking service.
The flowers arrived and as no one was at home they were left in a secluded place out of the rain and a card posted through the letter box explaining where the flowers are. Well done and many thanks of all your help

I was very, very disappointed by their service. They failed to provide any kind of resolution and my elderley mother has had no flowers for her birthday. Basically, since reporting a problem to them at 15:30hrs last Saturday, they were not able to provide me with any information to help sort it out nor were they able to get any response from their delivery agent. I had no updates from them other than those I requested and heard nothing more since 17:37hrs last Saturday - which was 4 days ago! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? Their Web Site makes the claim that: In order to deal with your enquiry more quickly, we have moved to an online customer services system and no longer offer telephone customer support. This will allow us to provide a much better service, 24-7 coverage and faster response times using our highly trained staff. This is clearly COMPLETLEY UNTRUE. I asked them to refund my money 4 days ago and after chasing them yet again have finally had a reply to say that they are going to process a refund (no offer to replace the flowers mark you!). They have just lost a good customer, who would always have used them in the past. The selective, positive customer feedback they post on their Web Site is just that from this experience and not representative. It would be nice to see them post this on their Web Site. The flowers were 5 days late, tossed onto the porch while my friend was at work.
The bouquet I was expecting and had paid for was actually a box of flowers that had been posted from 1000 miles away over a weekend and a bank holiday so everything was almost dead when opened. They promised to let me know why my flowers were so late and what had gone wrong, still waiting for someone from customer services to come back to me but I am guessing after 2 unanswered emails they never will. Service rating : Their courier, Yodel, failed to deliver the flowers on three occasions despite being given a new Post code, recipient phone number and full directions to house which. was a cottage at the side of a road. Yodel made no attempt to contact recipient. There also seem to have been some internal IT issues with Serenata using there on line feedback system - very irritating having no CS help line number.

Im glad i took the chance as this is my third time using this company and have been very impressed with the service. I live in Canada and have sent flowers to three relatives in Scotland over the last two years. Thanks to our modern day invention of iPads, Iíve been able to actually see the flowers once my relatives received them. Every time they have been beautiful and delivered when promised. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Website was fine, easy to use, but found after that pictures were misleading. Flowers arrived in a cardboard box and so ended up in the post section, with other letters when delivered. Site said courier delivery but it might as well have been by post. As a consequence they werenít found until the recipient checked her post the next day.
Then the flowers themselves were pitiful. I paid for a double upgrade to add more flowers and I would have been far better off getting them from the local service station. Now 6 days after delivery 1/2 have died and the Lillyís havenít opened.

My only problem was to finalize the purchase , the page wouldnít recognize my postal code , which is from another country and I spent a long time trying to pay for it . However the delivery service and communication through the automatic emails was great. I will not recommend them or will do business with them again!

Service rating : Your web site was extremely frustrating to use and in the end I had to rely on a phone call to sort it out. The POST CODE for my address produced a stalling point as it put in the correct address but wouldnt allow further progress.
The recipients post code when entered did not produce the correct number on the street (EH53PN did not produce 17, south trinity rd, but adjacent properties).
It was impossible to re-enter and change things. All in all, a bad experience

You request the customerís phone number on the order form and it was therefore very disappointing that the person who failed to make my delivery did not make contact at that time and the matter could have been resolved immediately. Google has the wrong address for the Post Office (the delivery address) but it had moved just a short distance away.

I ordered the flowers from the website as it mentioned Bognor Regis, which is where the flowers were to be delivered, and a courier service. Having received an email at 08.43 UK time stating that the flowers were on the way I awaited news from my daughter that they had arrived. At 17.10 I text her to inquire and heard that they had not arrived. At 17.15 I received an email from Serenata that they had been delivered. On checking this I was informed that they had been delivered at thast time but to a different address. On contacting my daughter she went back to work to find your courierís card through the letter box stating that the delivery had been made to another shop, which by that time was closed. My daughterís birthday was ruined as, not only did she not receive my gift, but also that I had gone to such lengths to make sure that the flowers were delivered on the right day which is not always guaranteed when ordering from another Country for something to be delivered by post. I would also mention that on your website it doesnít mention that delivery might be as late as 9pm or I certainly would not have sent flowers to a commercial address.
Either your company or your Courier company have made a terrible mess here and I feel that I should be reimbursed with my payment and as a gesture of goodwill flowers could be now delivered to the address on the order between the hours of 08.00 and 16.30. before Friday . My recommending your company to others now rests with you.

Service rating : The promptness of delivery was very quick; 7.50am on a Sunday morning. My Mum was asleep and didnít hear the door. The note put through the door said simply "reverse". Mum looked at the note and thought she was to look at the reverse of the comment card, which had no details. She was confused and wondered where the flowers were. I had given instructions for them to be left with neighbours either side, but they didnít have them. It was only when I phoned her that evening, and told her Iíd had an e-mail to say theyíd been successfully delivered, that I suggested she looked out in the back garden. The flowers had been left on the recycling bin, the worse for wear for frost. I suggest that a more specific comment on the card could have avoided this happening.

Mum said that far from being a greetings card, what arrived was an advert for 10% off the next purchase, with the greeting written on the back. If Iíd have known this was going to happen, I would have posted her an additional greetings card. A bit disappointed that you do not cover AB42 postcode as I wanted to order for my mother-in-law also.It would have been beneficial to advise clearly that you donít cover this area as I had to contact your live support to query this as each time I tried to submit an order I recíd a message stating that the delivery date was not avaialble, rather than just simply stating that you donít deliver to this postcode. This meant that by the time you answered my query I had less time to try and find another website to order the other flowers from. otherwise very happy
Product : I havenít seen the flowers but my Mum says that they are absolutely gorgeous and enough to fill 3 vases. She is over the moon with them. Thankyou

Flowers delivered upside down so broken stems! After 24hrs they were wilting and by day 3 they were dead and in the bin! I emailed photoís and my complaint, TWICE! Recieved 4 emails saying someone would be in contact and im still waiting! As there is no phone number to call regarding a complaint im obviously going to have to write it off at a £30 rip off but have posted my review on Trustpilot for other future customers to be warned of.
Next day, free postage and good to receive the emails confirming the flowers had been dispatched and then delivered
Two deluxe pink tulip bouquets sent for mothers day. Both mumís rang to say how generous they were and my 79 year old mum even learned how to post a photo to show me - very elegant! Good value and especially impressive communications regarding status of delivery. Glad I stumbled on Serenata & will certainly use again next occasion.
The flowers were left round the side of the house nowhere near a door and no note was posted through the letterbox. As a result the box was left outside overnight and became drenched in the rain. We shall not be using the company again.
Service rating : Delivery was not received on Saturday. The following day, the person receiving them, thought that some rubbish was stuck in the bushes in the front garden. The weather was very windy. Turned out to be the flowers.
No message was posted through the letterbox to say they had been left by the back door/front door. The box was very light, if there had been no bushes it is very likely that the flowers would have blown down the street and somebody else would have received them. Why was it not left with a neighbour?
Product : Flowers were in good condition dispute being stuck in the bushes overnight. Person who received them was very pleased with them
