I am too far from Colindale (230 miles to be exact) to go round with something for Jan’s birthday so with the help of Serenata I got her some roses.
Hopefully she will also get a new mobile phone!
As Janís phone was not working the Texts and E-mails from Serenata where very helpful
Product : As I have not yet been able to contact Jan I can not say for sure but believe that she was very happy with them.
Service rating : Very disappointing level of service. Flowers not delivered on date agreed, as contract delivery comoany coyldnt find address despite giving full address and postcode so fresh flowers not delivered . No way of contacting the Company to raise concerns. Would not use again due to awful customer service
Product : Looked nothing like the extravagant picture on website
Service rating : The website is super informative and easy to navigate. Loved the text in the emails, entertaining, as well as keeping me up to date on my order.
Product : my boyfriendís mother posted the picture of the flowers and vase straight away on facebook and they looked fantastic - the same if not better than the image on the website.
Service rating : I chose this company because of the delivery service. In the past I have used another company and on 2 occasions the flowers were dead on arrival as they had been stuck in the postal delivery service. So I was pleased that my aunt recieved her flowers the next day from my ordering them.
Product : I havent seen the flowers but I am told they were very good
Service rating : Ordered the bouquet which was beautiful on the website and poorly crafted in person. The delivery was excellent and the responses to the online customer service was fast but the bouquet itself was poor. I will definitely think twice before ordering online again. Will be purchasing in store and delivering myself.
Product : Poorly crafted item. Lillies were not opened and remained unopened 4 days later. Also the bouquet itself was far from the description posted online. I feel duped but you live and you learn.

Service rating : Awful service. Flowers not delivered as courier "couldnít find address". Never any previous problems with the address, which is approved by the Post Office. Asked for a refund, but not possible whilst flowers are still out for delivery. Wonít be using this company again.

Service rating : Ordered flowers as a Golden Wedding Anniversary gift for delivery on 8th April. When I discovered on 17th April that flowers had not been delivered I contacted Seranata. They replied that they had not been able to deliver as I had not provided a postcode and they had sent me an e- mail requesting this. I had not received this e-mail. Why had Seranata not contacted me again?
I provided the postcode as requested and the flowers were delivered the following day, 10 days after the order.

Service rating : I have been trying to make contact with you at your Head Office in Guildford and at Flower Vision in Staines without success. It is a though your company does not exist.
You request the customerís phone number on the order form and it was therefore very disappointing that the person who failed to make my delivery did not make contact at that time and the matter could have been resolved immediately. Google has the wrong address for the Post Office (the delivery address) but it had moved just a short distance away.
I sent so many e mails to your company and apart from "do not reply" messages and "we will get in touch messages "( I have them all ) i received no satisfactory contact from you..There does not seem to be any way so speak to someone from your organisation and i can tell you i have tried!!!!! Quite bizarre.

Service rating : I have already written this once but I will repeat it as I was so upset. I ordered the flowers from the website as it mentioned Bognor Regis, which is where the flowers were to be delivered, and a courier service. Having received an email at 08.43 UK time stating that the flowers were on the way I awaited news from my daughter that they had arrived. At 17.10 I text her to inquire and heard that they had not arrived. At 17.15 I received an email from Serenata that they had been delivered. On checking this I was informed that they had been delivered at thast time but to a different address. On contacting my daughter she went back to work to find your courierís card through the letter box stating that the delivery had been made to another shop, which by that time was closed. My daughterís birthday was ruined as, not only did she not receive my gift, but also that I had gone to such lengths to make sure that the flowers were delivered on the right day which is not always guaranteed when ordering from another Country for something to be delivered by post. I would also mention that on your website it doesnít mention that delivery might be as late as 9pm or I certainly would not have sent flowers to a commercial address.
Either your company or your Courier company have made a terrible mess here and I feel that I should be reimbursed with my payment and as a gesture of goodwill flowers could be now delivered to the address on the order between the hours of 08.00 and 16.30. before Friday . My recommending your company to others now rests with you.

Service rating : This is the first time I have used this company. I liked the website. There was a vast range of products for all occasions. Purchasing pocess was easy with good explanations, and once this had been done, their post purchase customers service was second to none. There were regular updates by text and email, especially on the day of delivery. They got the frequency just right. The flowers were lovely and much appreciated by my wife (they were a suprise). I will use this company again and recommend them to others

Service rating : The promptness of delivery was very quick; 7.50am on a Sunday morning. My Mum was asleep and didnít hear the door. The note put through the door said simply "reverse". Mum looked at the note and thought she was to look at the reverse of the comment card, which had no details. She was confused and wondered where the flowers were. I had given instructions for them to be left with neighbours either side, but they didnít have them. It was only when I phoned her that evening, and told her Iíd had an e-mail to say theyíd been successfully delivered, that I suggested she looked out in the back garden. The flowers had been left on the recycling bin, the worse for wear for frost. I suggest that a more specific comment on the card could have avoided this happening.
Product : The flowers themselves were apparently lovely, so feedback on those is good. However, I paid several pounds extra for a Mothers Day card. Mum said that far from being a greetings card, what arrived was an advert for 10% off the next purchase, with the greeting written on the back. If Iíd have known this was going to happen, I would have posted her an additional greetings card. I think that this explanation of the product was misleading on the description on the website and not worth the money. I would be reluctant to use Seranata flowers in future.
Like the option of a card as I am abroad and post is often slow.

Service rating : Very easy to use the website, Flowers were delivered the next day as promised and arrived well packaged. A bit disappointed that you do not cover AB42 postcode as I wanted to order for my mother-in-law also.It would have been beneficial to advise clearly that you donít cover this area as I had to contact your live support to query this as each time I tried to submit an order I recíd a message stating that the delivery date was not avaialble, rather than just simply stating that you donít deliver to this postcode. This meant that by the time you answered my query I had less time to try and find another website to order the other flowers from. otherwise very happy

Flowers delivered upside down so broken stems! After 24hrs they were wilting and by day 3 they were dead and in the bin! I emailed photoís and my complaint, TWICE! Recieved 4 emails saying someone would be in contact and im still waiting! As there is no phone number to call regarding a complaint im obviously going to have to write it off at a £30 rip off but have posted my review on Trustpilot for other future customers to be warned of.
Next day, free postage and good to receive the emails confirming the flowers had been dispatched and then delivered
Two deluxe pink tulip bouquets sent for mothers day. Both mumís rang to say how generous they were and my 79 year old mum even learned how to post a photo to show me - very elegant! Good value and especially impressive communications regarding status of delivery. Glad I stumbled on Serenata & will certainly use again next occasion.
The flowers were left round the side of the house nowhere near a door and no note was posted through the letterbox. As a result the box was left outside overnight and became drenched in the rain. We shall not be using the company again.
Service rating : Delivery was not received on Saturday. The following day, the person receiving them, thought that some rubbish was stuck in the bushes in the front garden. The weather was very windy. Turned out to be the flowers.
No message was posted through the letterbox to say they had been left by the back door/front door. The box was very light, if there had been no bushes it is very likely that the flowers would have blown down the street and somebody else would have received them. Why was it not left with a neighbour?

Service rating : Spoke with Mum yesterday. Her comments : "Thanks so much for the flowers. Didnít want to tell you at the time, but those received at Christmas...... werenít quite received in the condition one would have expected".... Mum then gave me the details of her supplier, "Rainbow Flowers"...... who I may well try next time. Shame really, as in terms of communication, Serenata had impressed me very much at Christmas. Unfortunately seems the actual Xmas flowers were not up to scratch. However, Mum seems pleased with their efforts for Mothers Day.... But then, I havenít seen the Strawberry Sundae they delivered. Hope it doesnít contain horse.... Seems product quality may be a little hit and miss with Serenata. The jury is out....
Product : Says it all above, really..... everything is hit and miss, a bit like UK politics. Guess whichever way you go, you are probably going to be disappointed. Interflora, phone boxes, 3d for a stamp, smoking in pubs, genuine football....enjoying life..... those were the days. Seems all now have a Tory agenda. How can one earn the most for doing the least? Posturing and ripping off. Always a scam. Always an angle. The Spice-Girl children of Thatcher are now in management. God help us.
tOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO ORDER ON LINE- THERE SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM WITH POSTCODE BUT EVENTUALLY POSTCODE ACCEPTED
The whole process of booking the flowers was good and easy. The post booking process was also good in that I knew what was happening and when. However, I was disappointed that the flowers were left on the doorstep and not signed for. Unsure how long the flowers were there.
Service rating : i found the website very easy to use once it sorted out the postcode which i had to put in manually.
Product : I havenít actually seen the flowers as i am in the US but i sent them to my mother in the UK, she said they were lovely.

I have ticked íGoodí as I am sure the card was fine but I would have preferred to be able to include a message with the flowers without having to buy a card as I had already sent a birthday card in the post.
Service rating : No way to contact anyone via the phone when the recipient had not received the floweres - took a posting on Facebook for someone to take notice. In fairness she did get back to me ASAP. FLowers were found the following day on doorstep over 12 hours late. No one had notified the recipient that someone had tried to deliver them.
Product : Flowers were OK Giftbag was flat packed beside the flowers in another box not as the photo on website. As flowers had been sitting out of water for over 12 hours they wilted sooner than might have done
Service rating : Flowers were thrown over sister-in-lawís garden gate and no card posted through door. Not discovered till 3 days later. Company replied to my e-mails of complaint but their comments showed that they were not reading my e-mails correctly. Finally they delivered a further bouquet but flowers were poor quality.
Product : The fact that the 2nd bouquet sent was sub standard was more of an embarrassment to me. The company should "get their act together" and improve their flowers and their service!!
Service rating : I appreciated the information tracking my order and letting me know it arrived on time and safely. Itís particularly important for the flowers to arrive on time as I live a long way and do not see my mum and dad often at all. The last flowers by post company delivered late and missed a prticularly important event. So I was really pleased to have the informationabout my order. Thank you.

Service rating : wanted to alter the delivery postcode on 11/2 (3 days b4 delivery!) but was told unable to .. no cust service phone number..all via email; order arrived at 4.30 on valentines day - the company advertise that their flowers are fresh however, the ticket on the delivery box showed that the order had been prepared some 36hrs prior to delivery - an overall poor experience & i wonít be using them again - will stick to local florists in future.

Product : Worst flowers ever received through post
Service rating : The driver rang the receipants door bell but just at that time they were in the back garden doing the bins. Sadly, the driver did not post a card through the door to say these flowers were left outside the door. These flowers were not found until late that evening, sadly the weather was poor and the flowers although looking sad, did thanfully eventually come round. It would be good if Serenata Flowers had "calling cards, saying flowers left on door step" for the drivers to post through the door if they are unable to hand the flowers over.

I made a booking 6 days before the delivery (so they should plenty of time to prepare) and on the day it claimed "the flower was successfully delivered" but recipient didnít receive anything. The building reception confirmed no one came with delivery in whole day. Surprised that somehow it was delivered to the POSTROOM (donít exist) as it claimed. Having sent my complaint and was promised a reply within 24-48 hours. Still nothing today. Not recommended. To avoid.
Service rating : Serenata flowers are a good company for communication and you are always aware of where your delivery is. However, there is an option online to pay 4.99 for flowers to be delivered by noon. Fair enough it was Valentines day, however if all flowers are to be delivered from 8-8 that day, there is no need for the extra cost for postage.

Service rating : DONíT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You canít speak to customer service, only deal with online customer service who answer when they can be bothered. Even then, they only post standard responses pointing out the small print. Flowers arrived late evening. My girlfriend had had left to join me by this point and we had to make a 60 mile round trip to collect them at 10 pm. What we got was the sorriest bouquet of roses I have ever seen. Very poor service for a valentineís day gift.
Product : AVOID SERENATA. Paid extra for deluxe bouquet of roses. What arrived (eventually) was a sorry, half-dead collection of blooms which, if they were fresh when sent, have clearly been hanging around a distribution depot for about a week. No scent at all, scruffy looking and delivered just before bedtime (on valentineís day). I bought the same amount of roses last year from a different company, paid less, sent by post, arrived at my belovedís workplace in time for her starting work and the flowers were beautiful. Do your loved one a favour, shop elsewhere.
The apostrophe turned into random symbols had to throw away. Will be asking for a refund!
Service rating : The cancellation of the telephone helpline is ridiculous. They say it makes things quicker but it really doesnít. I wanted to change my order and it took then 3 days!! I just feel they want to sell me flowers then forget me. Poor post purchase support!

delivery was not made to post coded address. couriier says delivery was made to builders onsit there where no builders on, none of the neighbours know of any delivery. i am still awaiting a satisfactory explanation. the customer is still awaiting delivery and i am out of pocket

Service rating : You were let down by your courier who failed to deliver on the correct day as he could not find the property. No excuse for this as googling the post code clearly shows the correct location. When he did deliver he was not friendly and did not ring loudly as requested. Had this been my first order with you it would probably have been my last.
Product : As described, well packed and in good condition inspite of remaining with the courier for an extra 24hours in frosty conditions.
Service rating : Serenata said they would let me know when the flowers were delivered. This did not happen. I did email them to ask where the flowers where left as no one was at home when the courier called. Serenata did not reply to my email. Unknown to me my in laws had gone on holiday the day before the flowers were delivered.
Product : My brother in law rang today to thank me for the flowers, he said that although the flowers were still in the original packaging after 9 days, they were in very good condition and that the roses and lilies were just beginning to flower, which was good to hear. I know that this was not Serenataís problem as they did deliver per my instructions, but did not notify me to say the flowers had been left somewhere and did not reply to my email. So I do feel annoyed with the lack of communication from them. This is the first time I have used Serenata and although I was impressed with what the selection of flowers on offer I feel let down by their lack of communication. If they said that no one was at home I would have been happy to pay for the flowers to be re-delivered. I may use them again if they reply to my grievances posted on here. Thank you.
the service was terrible,had the right address but wrong postcode so they were refused and sent back to the warehouse on the second try given a 50% reduction my friend waited till 7.10pm before they were deliverd ,then she was dissapointed with the flowers i sent ,I will not be using your web site ever again .

Product : Very disappointed with this order - plants not in flower pots, just dried roots. Not in basket as described but in a cauldron with no compost. Recpient unable to plant even as she was unable to get to garden centre to buy some. Not the sort of present I would have sent to anybody.. Not usual standard for Serenata.

Flowers ordered for the Monday , full postal adress and postcode supplied but couriers said they could not find property , re instruction given to redeliver next day and flowers arrived but were a day late . Company chosen as stated next day delivery guaranteed .
Communication good and web site easy to use but disappointed about late delivery
Delivery was left until late in the day and could have been earlier. Possibly include a postal service with a before 12 noon delivery guarantee
Initiallly it took 3 emails for the company recognise the delivery post code
The flowers were not delivered on the date I asked for and therefore were not recieved until long after Christmas. It took 2 emails for the company to acknowledge that this was their mistake and not mine. Very unhappy with the overall service.
Service rating : I started to put in the order only to find I didnít know the postcode, so I would have to check via Royal mail as your weblist didnít recognise the new build. Then the next day you offered 10% discount via an email and weblink. I would have used this but the website didnít make provision for the code number and your link didnít work. So I couldnít use the offer, not that it made a lot of difference, but nevertheless the link needs to be checked.
Otherwise I like your email telling me the flowers had arrived. Thanks.
Product : My friend who received the gift said the flowers were lovely, I havenít seen them.
Service rating : Chose you as the courier delivery was free and needed a Monday delivery. Difficult with postal services and local shops charge for delivery when only 5 mins away.
Product : Some of the flowers (lilies) failed to open before the remainder perished and as a result not that fragrant, but looked good although a bit smaller than I imagined as only a standard bunch. The wife was pleased though.
Very pleased with whole experience,had problems with paying because of ordering from ireland and not having a post code so i e-mailed serenata about issue and they called back within 5 mins and it was dealt with easily. Had used other online flower delivery services before and had poor quality flowers on those occasions so I have been wary of doing so again but as serenata are local to where i used to live I gave it a go and i was delighted with the great service and top quality flowers that i sent to my mother for her birthday and my mothers response was delightful. Didnít know recipientís postcode in UK so that caused a problem and a delay . Thankfully the flowers were not for a specific day ! Flowers were delivered as soon as I emailed the information. I was told that they were beautiful !
Service rating : The service was fantastic and the flowers where beautiful. I had a small problem with entering the address online because I was asking to find postcode and it wasnít,t working. Because I took too long in placing the order I was offered a discount. I was given a code and I entered it but didnít,t receive the discount!! Apart from that, yes I will definitely use them in the future.

Service rating : I would give íExcellent starredí, if possible. Have ordered twice in a month, product s were fantastic. I also made an error with the address on this order, and it was easily rectified and redelivered for a reasonable, moderate price.
I normally use another site for deliveries, but am now a convert - it certainly will be my first port of call.

This is the thurd time that i have used Serenat. the first time was good. Second time, for a friend on the day of her fatherís funeral, did not arrive and eventually I had my moneyt reimbursed. Third time on the anniversary of a bereavement the flowers did not arrive and only after several requests did I get a choice of money back or delivery 5 days late. The order showed it was being processed and i was advised it was the fault of the postal service that it was nto delivered. I went with this option in the end.
Service rating : Despite requesting that if the recepent was not in the delivery driver leave the package under the porch - the package was left in the middle of the front lawn in the pouring rain. Parcel and contents were ruined. I contacted customer services on 28/12/12 and still have had no response. There is no telephone number to use, you cannot post on their Facebook page and there is no response from the Twitter account. I have been utterly ripped off.
Product : The items were delivered damaged and the chocolates were inedible.
Service rating : Serenata delivered my friends flowers even thought the Post Code was not definite. So well done.
Product : I sent some flowers to a friend for her birthday. She was absolutely delighted with them.
Service rating : Easy to use website, good value, fast (and free!) postage. Really appreciate the tracking option for the flowers too.

Service rating : For those of us who order a gift basket for overseas delivery, you give us very good choices. The reicipients have phoned to say that they are very happy with the products that were put in the basket and enjoyed them very much. I will order again from your company ... BUT .... as for delivery, the website would not accept the correct postal code that I had. Fortunately, the one that the website would accept, was the house across the street. The basket was left at that doorstep. LUCKILY, the neighbour wasnít away and is HONEST, and delivered the basket to my friends. Since I included the phone number of the recipients, shouldnít the delivery company have phoned to make sure that my friends were home for such an important delivery? Just for your future consideration at this busy time for next year.
Product : My friends were delighted with the contents of the basket ... at least that is what we were told. I can only hope that, if I were to receive such a gift, I would also say that all the goodies were delicious.

Product : The flowers and arrangement were excellent and very much appreciated by my niece. One suggestion would be that when delivering to Hospitals, please ensure that facilities are available for delivery direct to the ward. This delivery was kept in the Post Room for 24 hours, and only because of my insistence was any action taken to find out where delivery was made and who had signed for them.

Service rating : Service tracking was good but delivery wasnít. I know they did arrive before noon - but they werenít delivered to the correct place. My instructions asked for delivery to this officeís reception. In fact, it was delivered to the tradesmanís entrance/delivery bay instead. Not only did this mean the recipient did not get them in time before she left at noon, because it wasnít clear to the person who was given them that the box contained delicate flowers, they were somewhat battered & bruised as a result. What a shame!
Product : See comments above, the packaging needs to be strengthened if it is intended to withstand handling by the people accepting sturdy parcel & general postroom deliveries
Service rating : I was not impressed with how the pictures show something and i get given soemthing else.
Product : The Dendrobium where small and where nothing how i expected it to be, It was suppost to be a Christmas day gift but I was unable to give it because the bunch where small and not attractive.
Service rating : Serenata Customer Service is next to awful it only needs to be decided whether its above or below awful. It would appear they only wish to communicate via their website, even hiding behind it. Responses to complaints are posted on the website and they send an email to say its there...How impersonal is that a customer can only communicate with a machine. I would like to talk to them but there is no Telephone Number...they are hiding! I have said in the past that I would not use them again regretfully I did to send three bunches of flowers, 2 of which should have received a discount of 10%. One does not know if this discount has been applied. I am very disappointed in the lack of interpersonal skills exhibited by this companies management.
Product : I had good feedback from the first Bouquet sent and therefore even though Customer Service was disappointing I used them again to send flowers to my Wife, Her Sister and a friend. All were delivered in a timely fashion and were well packed, however the blooms sent were quite small and whole bouquet was a poor copy those depicted in the website. Not good value for money. All recipients were disappointed!

Product : Excellent service from start to delivery. Have not seen flowers delivered but understand they are fine.
