Customer Service follow up was satisfactory, however being an ex-Director of CS it was disappointing that having been text that it would not be delivered due to ídamageí early in the morning that it could not be replaced the same day. I was then unable to contact you by phone to check if you had dropped them off at the wrong house, and they did eventually appear at 7pm. Not happy using florists that deliver by courier.

So when I saw them at the recipients house I felt like a bit of a sting bag! The website was one of the better flower ones (they are all pretty naff IMO!) and finding and ordering the flowers was fairly quick and easy.
Their prices seem better than their competitors and the flowers were delivered at 8:15 on the specified day, which was perfect. Delivery was fully-trackable and I kept getting text updates, all very professional.
By all accounts the flowers were really good and very fresh. OK so they are in a box rather than delivered by hand but this way is so much cheaper, and the flowers arrived well-packed in perfect condition and were well received.
Wouldnít hesitate to use them again, in fact I recommended them the same day!
The order, although leaving the office on the right day, was returned to the depot on the same day. I was not notified of this and had to check myself on the order tracking. It then arrived a day late, which misses the whole point of ordering flowers for a certain day.

I was disappointed that it was impossible to amend my order once placed. I attempted to place an order for same day delivery. It was 7:15am when I placed the order but only on the order confirmation page, once Iíd paid, did I see that the expected delivery date was in fact the day after. Realising my error I immediately (by 7:20am) sent an email using the íContact usí section of the website. I simply requested that, as I had no need for the flowers to arrive a day after the intended recipients birthday, someone contact me to take further payment so as to ensure same day delivery or, alternatively, that I be refunded the purchase price. As this was 5 minutes after placing the order it seemed reasonable that I should be able to cancel. As I had no response by 9am I sent a second email. I also tried calling the only number on the website but this wasnít connected. In the end after multiple emails and multiple attempts to get through by phone no one contacted me in reply. My delivery did not arrive until late on the afternoon THE FOLLOWING DAY. All in all the products were ok if a little over priced however the inability to contact anyone to be able to assist with changing the order or even to request a refund was frustrating and in the end meant that by the time my flowers arrived they weíre a day late. Disappointed and would appreciate some feedback / a refund.

We waiting in the house all day and though we received email confirmation that they were out for delivery, by midnight they had still not arrived. I woke up on Motherís Day to find an email from Serenata saying the flowers had been delivered on Saturday 9th March 2013 at 9:15am. I contacted Serenata to explain this was the case and they said they would investigate it with the courier (Yodel) and let us know within 2 days. I was extremely unhappy about this because the flowers were for Motherís Day and as they were flowers by the time we received them, they would be dead. We tried speaking directly to Yodel and they were extremely unhelpful, if not bordering on rude. It got to 2pm and it had been made clear to us that we couldnít have a refund and the flowers werenít arriving today so we went out to M & S and bought a replacement bouquet. At 15 minutes past 3 the Serenata flowers arrived. I donít have a problem the flowers arriving on Motherís Day when we didnít pay for the additional delivery charges, but it was extremely annoying that we were told the flowers wouldnít be delivered that day. In fairness Serenata were helpful in the emails, but I think it is ridiculous that they donít have a phone number. I suspect it is because then they donít have to speak to angry customers. I ordered flowers from Interflora for the same day and they arrived in perfect condition and on time, so I will be using them in future.

The flowers arrived late and when i tried to get some information from the site the e-mail response was no help whatsoever. I understand that Feb 14th is going to be busy but it comes on the same day each year and there should have been additional delivery arrangements made. I appreciate the note late in the day from an individual to say the order hadnít been delivered and an upgrade was available, but they didnít provide the service they offered. Itís also worth noting that their website was poorly constructed and it took me three attempts to order.

As I believe, the items look much better and bigger on the screen but in reality it can cause you to think twice for the future of whether to utilise this avenue. Serenta can blame their partners / florists who sign up to work with Seranta, but the customer ie me, has a contract with Serenta and itís their duty to supply the product, if the get someone else to do that, itís still Serenta responsibility.
This company is on a downward spiral unless they review their florist partners, customers might aswell ring / online a local florist and order through them. They will care more about their reputation.

Well you asked or I wouldnít have mentioned it . The flowers for Wyn Haynes were promised for the 24th but didnít reach her until yesterday though she said they looked fine. I havenít yet heard whether Sue OíHalloran has received hers, they were promised for Christmas Eve and were asked for same day delivery for which I paid extra. So really I was disappointed about Wyn ís birthday ones, very, and donít know about the others. Itís no good offering things on the net you canít manage. I thought what an excellent florist I had discovered but as you didnít come up with the promised goods on time I have changed my mind, What happened?

I made 2 identical orders on the same day, and since there is no order number with this feedback, I am not sure which one to reply to, but in the case of the delivery to 10 Graham Road,the delivery did not follow the instructions which they themselves asked of me; namely that if there was no one at home when they delivered, the flowers should be left round the back of the house. Instead, they left them by the front door. I wouldnít mind, but they expressly asked for instructions, and then they ignored them.
I asked for the order to be delivered just before Christmas on 21 December. My request and my delivery date was ignored by Serenata who dispatched the order the same day it was received. This meant the flowers were delivered the next day.

They were delivered over the lunch period of Tuesday 3rd of December. Nobody would speak to me or answer e mails that i wrote through your site and i honestly now feel badly let down. Those flowers needed to be there on that Monday, Tuesday was far too late and had i realised that it would be a problem then I would have used another company as i did when i wanted same day delivery. Service rating : Unfortunately we had a problem with the flowers and when we complained we had to take photos to prove our point. Understandable but I am surprised at how many times we had to email to get this sorted.
Product : We only received 19 instead of the 24 white roses and the next day they started to wilt badly. Edges where browned and generally a poor flower. Amazingly some other flowers purchased the same day from Morrisons where brilliant and cost a fraction of these.

I was very pleased with the company and delivery. It was a shame that the less expensive bouquets were not available for same day delivery, I felt this was to encourage a higher spend when people urgently wanted flowers.
This was the first time I had used the website and as the flowers were for a morning funeral I requested for them to be delivered the day before the funeral, after explaining the date and time of the funeral. I was a little disappointed to receive a text two days before the funeral advising that the flowers had been despatched, then later the same day a further text saying the flowers had been delivered. I can only hope they didnít wilt before the funeral. Of course I couldnít attend so I will never know what condition they were in.
