Website not that straightforward. My original choice did not seem to be available for delivery on the day I wanted. Also regarding cards and message cards. Card was missing from my delivery and I do not know what I did wrong. However I was given some discount and a small refund for missing card and I was happy with this service.

Although i never saw the flowers,my mother in law was delighted with her bouquet,the flowers were high standard and looked amazing. I have used Serenata previously and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Service rating : I ordered these flowers for my girlfriend as I was away working offshore. I had it arranged that they would be delivered at a time where I would be Skyping her, and hence see her collect the flowers. Sadly, not only did they arrive late, but the next day, spending a night sitting in a warehouse, which is one less day for her to enjoy them. I am very upset at this, and quite frankly there is nothing I can do considering I am out of the country working. On your website, I see there is some sort of garuntee of delivery, which was clearly not kept with my service. I will not use this service again, as you would expect the primary point of your service is punctuality, which was not delivered.

Service rating : Failed to deliver item on time.Item odered 12.02 13 for valentines day. Not delivered until 15.02 2013. First reply to e-mail was ill informed giving cause for late delivery as address location (highlands ,rural) stating terms of conditions . My address was neither of these and is a normal uk mainland address. Despite 2 further e-mails I stll havent received a satisactory reason. I was offered a 20% discount on a future order( which I will not be using) but perhaps an honest, informed approach ie "we got it wrong" instead of trying to blame the customer would have been more appreciated.

I contacted the company and they were good enough to credit my card back with the amount however it would have been better had the money been deducted on checkout rather than having to faff about contacting people and having them phone and email me back. Reason for choosing yoru service claimed next day delivery , that is order Wednesday get on Thursday, specified before noon, in request. Claimed to delivery on Friday, however people were at the residence the time of the claimed time, flowers arrived eventually on the Saturday 2 days after needed. The flowers that were delivered to my friend who is very sick were late and nearly dead. The only reason I rate poor rather than bad was when her mother phoned to complain they apologized and resent flowers. So the customer service saved it been horrendous experience!
