Although the flowers were good, they were delivered at 9PM, well beyond your normal delivery times in your T&C’s. My mother who lives alone didn’t answer the door, as she didn’t know the flowers were coming and didn’t expect them soo late at night. They were then left in the middle of the drive, where the box was then damaged by the rain.

They had used a printer which had been badly cut and was stuck on at an angle.

These obviously could not have been. Am disappointed as a previous order of the same flowers was much better and these were for a special occasion.

Product : I ordered Christmas Celebration deluxe for my mother in law to be delivered on Christmas eve. The flowers did arrived OK, but the courier didn’t bother to wait for her to answer the door and went to her next door neighbour and left them there. OK, she is elderly, so it takes a little while to get to the door. I saw the flowers on Christmas day when I visited her; they were very very green because they mainly consist of green stuff, rather than flowers, which is very different from the photo I saw on the internet when I ordered them. I am very disappointed and not too sure if I want to use Serenata again.

I purchased flowers from you one morning last week but received no order confirmation (like i have for previous orders from you) I waited all day to receive order confirmation and when I did I used your website to track my order but it said no order was found. Seeing as I believed no order had been finalised I placed another order and at the same time sent a message asking for confirmation that only one order had been placed and should you find my original order then please cancel one of the orders. I had a response back which confirmed one order. I then receive two texts the following day for delivery of two bunches of flowers. I am really disipointed in your service and will not be using you again.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered, they were not delivered on the date expected and no-one called me to say they hadn’t been delivered. I contacted the office. An apology came and they have agreed to re-deliver them this week, but no offer of recompense for the missed delivery! Not impressed as a first time user.

The shape and size of the vase ought to match the flower arrangement, but it doesn’t. I will never order a vase again. I shall still order from Serenata due to its competitive rate, but i will be more careful with my selection.

The ordering service was good and the flowers were apparently very nice, however, I was not impressed with the to and fro-ing of the courier, coming back to you saying they couldn’t find the address and that it didn’t exist! The lady I was sending them to, gave me the correct postal address, to where she had already been receiving a large quantity of mail, so these flowers failed to reach there until some days later than the date required.

it is the first time I have used Serenata flowers. Requested and paid for delivery before 1pm. Flowers undelivered. Telephoned customer services at 40p a minute to change delivery address as recipient had left place of work (the delivery address). Had to telephone again at 5.45 as flowers were still undelivered. Requested update as to where the flowers were and was told that the courier company used are non contactable by Serenata flowers! Perhaps this should be revised as this is a major customer service issue when things go wrong? Also requested a call back from Serenata flowers to advise when the delivery would eventually take place - I am still awaiting this call. Flowers were eventually delivered at 8.15pm to the original work address which the recipient had left 7 hours previously. Flowers were taken by a member of staff and due to the absence of the recipient (as the delivery was over 7 hours late), they were opened and placed in a vase in the foyer of the care home! I appreciate that once delivered, what happens to the flowers is not your responsibility however, if the flowers had been delivered on time or to the change of address as requested, the recipient would have received them as scheduled. Extremely poor service received. Please also note, I received an email recommending flowers for different occasions five minutes after the email confirming extremely late delivery of my mother’s birthday flowers!

I wanted to send my colleague wine. He had done me an enormous favour and I wanted the wine to arrive to thank him the next ad it had stated on the website. The next day I received an email to say that the order had not been fulfilled as the hospital where he works does not accept flowers! I immediately emailed back to say that the order did not contain flowers but was contacted again to say the preset could not be fulfilled. I asked for a callback which never materialised and eventually got through to speak to someone at the office who sorted the problem out. I received asia and text that the delivery had left the depot but I still don’t know if it was delivered.

It took me a few minutes longer than estimated to complee my order - so I went past the 8pm cut off for next day delivery. However, Serenata still delivered my flowers next day - so a big Thank You and Well Done to them.
