Service rating : Very poor service. Only after me chasing Serenta they had not delivered the flowers on the date stated in my order. They re-ordered and only when I chased again they were not delivered. These flowers were for ’sympathy’ reasons. I was not impressed with the service and have now ordered my flowers elsewhere & am waiting for a refund. I will not be using them again and will not reccomend to anyone either.

So as far as I am concerned, this could of been delivered to a kebab shop, obtained a signature from them would of fulfilled their obligation. Very bad practise of customer service.

I would have preferred more of a choice. I haven’t seen the card in person so can’t comment on the quality.

The website was easy to navigate, the flowers were at a competitive price and were well received by the person they were sent to. Plus, the 10% discount on the next purchase was a nice touch. Will definitely use again!

without a word as to whom had sent them. I paid £2.99
for a card and wrote a message as well. Mrs Jill Kazem
from 5, Orchard Close Newton Poppleford Devon had to go
around asking neighbours whether these flowers were for
some one else I paid £24.00 for this service? a degrace!

I’ve used serenata quite a few times before and have always had a good service. On this occasion the flowers were for my 88 year old grandmother and they were over 2 and a half hours later than the latest time in the delivery slot, not arriving until 8.35.

The flowers and delivery service were great bvut I had troble logging into your website again. My details didnt seem to have been remembered and so I had to start over again!

I ordered the flowers for a funeral and they were delivered, as promised the day before and as far as I know (the funeral being 200 miles away) they were lovely. So says the lady at the funeral parlour.

Totally unreliable and wouldn’t use Serenata again.
