I could have paid less for a much better bunch at Asda, your web page does not reflect the extremely pitiful bunch that were purchased for a birthday gift.
What a shocking experience we have all had at the office today. How embarrassing for the us and the poor lady whose birthday they were for.
Please advise what you intend to do to make amends for today. Please do not offer a voucher of any next purchase as that would not satisfactory.
The delivery man gave to the box to a person walking by and did not even enter the building.

Delivered when promised and informed when flowers where on the way. I liked that service as the flowers were for a funeral so it prevented me worrying about them not arriving in time.

Product : My sister in law received the flowers on a Wednesday, I visited her 3 days later and the flowers looked like they were nearly dead, roses were browning and petals were very limp, my sister in law is a trained florist herself so they had been cared for as best as they could. Not sure how they arrived, i was to embarrased to ask. Very disappointing..

Strange problem with the order being duplicated but Seranata wrote to me and let me know I would get two, they only charged for one. Still had to have a slightly odd chat with my mum on why she was getting flowers 4 days before Mother day but she was very happy as she got two bouquets rather than 1.

My wife got her flowers late in the working day. She coulf/ would/ should have left before the arrived. She hadn’t & she loved them.

Service rating : After an unfortunate incident with the roses last year I decided to give them another try. This time around no problems, flowers arrived alive on time in good condition

Product : Unfortunately the picture does not fully reflect the item received. The foliage in the picture was absent and the plants had curved stalks meaning they leant over once put in a vase.

Flowers arrived two days late as company claim not to have received an email telling them to go ahead, had to continually chase. Flowers were beautiful when they did eventually arrive.

Service rating : You were let down by your courier who failed to deliver on the correct day as he could not find the property. No excuse for this as googling the post code clearly shows the correct location. When he did deliver he was not friendly and did not ring loudly as requested. Had this been my first order with you it would probably have been my last.
Product : As described, well packed and in good condition inspite of remaining with the courier for an extra 24hours in frosty conditions.

I emailed Serenata with a copy of the picture and my comments but have heard nothing from them. Very disappointing.

This was never delivered...it wasn’t the most difficult order in the world so this is pretty poor and puts me in an awkward position when this was meant to be a romantic gesture which ended up only half of what I intended.
