I loved the fact that Serenata kept me informed on the delivery process constantly via text message and I knew exactly when the flowers had been received. The website was easy to use and I would be happy to use this service time and time again.

Product : The flowers were SO small, the receiver and my self were shocked at how small the supposedly "bouquet" of flowers were. You should provide sizes on the website before the customer places the order to avoid future disappointment.

Delivery is terrible, flowers were down stairs, anyone could’ve had it. I don’t get why the delivery driver can not go up the stairs and leave it at the correct door.

I liked the text tracking service, the flowers were lovely and went down well with my friend. I was slightly annoyed to find that i had to buy a card in order to have any message with the flowers, but apart from that it was a great service

flowers weren’t delivered until I chased the order up FOUR days after they should have been. I wonder what would have happened had I not? The recipient non the wiser and dissappointed that I had forgotten her special birthday? and me paying for nothing? very dissappointed, won’t catch me out again!!

The flowers delivered were not anywhere near to what the online image showed. Very disappointed.

Efficient and timely

Service rating : Unhappy with product, when I complained, I was asked to send photographic evidence of this - by which point my wife had already placed the flowers into vases and there was no way of taking a photo of the original presentation.

Will not be using them again.
Product : Product that arrived was of low quality and very poor value for money. I would have got an equal level of product from the supermarket (I know that because I work in a supermarket) - so am frankly stunned that this product came with such a price-tag.

very efficient next day service - one of the few that provided it after a 5pm order

Service rating : Terrible experience. Flowers were delivered on time but were rotten and damaged. 0800 number on their site not obtainable. Complaint handled via automated message with their replies unable to be opened. Chased for around a day to elicit a response, was initially ignored in Twitter but managed to arrange a refund via their Facebook admin. I will not be using Serenataflowers.com in te future and will be advising others of my experiences.
Product : There were few flowers I the deluxe, one of the heads had fallen from the roses and chunks missing from the foliage.

Service rating : This was my second time of using Serenata, the first was excellent. This time the delivery was not made on the requested day, my mum’s birthday, so she didn’t get her flowers until the day after. Disappointing but they were beautiful when they finally arrived.
