We sent an order (No. Q3829758) for precious pink deluxe flowers to be sent to my daughter, which she received on the due date. Excellent service. Unfortunately when examining our bank statements we find we have been billed twice for the same order.
We have tried to make contact about this but have been unable to so far as all email addresses appear to be no-reply. Please can you respond to this email and credit my account accordingly.

As above, would like to see a greater choice of card designs to accompany the flowers. One design for each theme is a little limited.

BUT...I am ordering from HKG, and your system doesn’t like address from other countries who do not use a PostCode, as I reported several error messages I got, until I decided to use my UK debit card, and the order went through ok. Also to report a problem with online order is not very efficient, as I can’t get though to talk to someone (do bear in mind I am calling from HKG, and getting through from overseas costs more money). Please can the above 2 items be looked into.

The flowers were lovely but very disappointed that she did not get them till nearly 7p.m. especially as it was her birthday and by the time she got them it was nearly over.
