the customer care and response to an email re ordering problem was quite quickly resolved and I was impressed to be notified that the flowers were delivered etc. but the ordering for 2 separate mothers in different parts of the country at the one transaction was difficult. I will look here first the next time i order flowers!

The flowers when they arrived were past their best and the roses died before opening. Certainly will not use this company again.

Service rating : After stating that if my friend was out, the flowers should be left with a neighbour other than the immediate neighbour, the courier just left them on the doorstep for my friend to find when she came home from shopping. I have been given a 20% discount very promptly but I would rather have had them left as suggested.

I received Serenata flowers at Christmas and was impressed by the quality, so sent some anniversary flowers which were very well received. I will use Serenata again

Service rating : Good website, had a slight problem with final payment not showing as gone through but used the call back service. I was called back within 5 mins of placing request and the caller was extremely helpful and friendly, all had gone through O.K.

U sent my flowers to the wrong address! Instead if sending them to the Argos warehouse in Bridgwater u sent them to the store! She had to pick up her valentines flowers herself! I’m lucky the store rang the warehouse to see if she works there otherwise she wouldn’t have received them at all!

Everything was excellent; the service, the communication, the product were all great. I could not pick a fault and would defiantly recommend serenata flowers.

Product : I was extremely disappointed with the size of the bunch, the picture shows a lovely full size bunch but in reality it was really small and sparse! Very sad!

Service rating : the flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day requested. No one contacted me by telephone to inform me that there was a problem & to check on the address details. I was informed by a late night email advising me that the courier could not deliver the flowers. Consequently the pleasure & surprise was totally ruined for my sister in law on her 70 th birthday. I made several phone calls to get the matter sorted out.
