Card pretty but message very squashed on a bit of paper stuck in card. May have been my fault for not spacing between the lines but hey, surely whoever typed and printed it could have made it look more pleasing.

Excellent all round service, although the courirer used was less impressive, 10 seconds to answer the door but he was already gone and the flowers left in the inner porch. Not a major problem but glad the door to the porch was open!

Excellent service as always

1. Couldn’t change the delivery date of my order just one hour after ordering.
2. You Wouldn’t give driver instructions of where to leave the flowers.
3. I had no feedback on how the flowers had been delivered, only that they had been delivered to ’Barnes Lane’. That is a long lane.
4. The driver dumped the flowers on the wall beside the road at the end of a long drive – didn’t even bother to walk up to the door of the house and leave them there. I’ve been ordering from you for years, but this is the second time you’ve messed up the delivery on the trot. It will be my last order from you.

Not good enough delivery service as it actually turned up at the wrong place, I ordered red roses that turned up in a cardboard box and the message card was soggy wet. Hardly the romantic gesture I hoping for.
I purposely went for a good trust worthy name and paid extra price tag as I felt this was worthwhile.

Nice card but it should not cost extra to include one. Almost nobody wants to send anonymous flowers so this is just a hidden surprise cost which crops up after you have chosen your flowers/price band.
