I have used Serenata Flowers 3 times now for colleagues both in the Bristol and Redditch areas.The service is efficient and i love that i get notification when the flowers are delivered. I will be using this site again for sure.

The price for delivery before 10am was too high and as the delivery didn’t arrive until about 9.40 my wife had gone out already and it was a waste of money

This my second time that I didn’t receive service that was up to standard. Flowers were not delivered on requested date and they never gave you straight answers. First time they were delivered twice to wrong address and stems of the Paradise bird flowers were broken. I gave them a second chance following the first bad experience, thinking it might be a one of. but they proved me wrong, they are not capable of following instructions, even when it is written in English. to make it worse you never get opportunity to interact with humans face to face. Fantastic quick service. My friend was absolutely over the moon when she received her flowers that she says were beautifully arranged. I was kept updated by text and email on receiving my order, when it was put together, dispatched with courier and finally when it was delivered. I will definately be using them again.

What is Palladian?

I placed an order for some flowers from Serenata Flowers but was charged twice for just the 1 order.

I went back onto their website to look for a contact number (there isn’t one) so I submitted a contact form. I then received a one line response saying they had checked my order and I had not been charged twice.

I replied asking for a phone number to resolve the issue and quoted the reference of the two payments which had come out of my account. I then received a final email, no offer of a phone number, again telling me that I had not been charged twice.

As such I have contacted my bank and they have got their fraud team involved. I am told I will definitely get my money back but I may have to wait up to 3 weeks.

I don’t particularly mind the fact that I was charged twice, mistakes happen, but the customer service I received when trying to get my money back was beyond useless.

I will never use this company again and I will make sure all my friends and family won’t either.

Bit expensive, ideally reduce the price of the cards or increase the quality of the free one, the way it is set up at the moment feels like you are taking advantage rather than a nice to have extra.

Product : The flower content was overpriced and unrepresentative of the illustrated product.. A disappointment on Mothers day. If the product was genuinely delivered from Serenata, then the florist responsible should feel guilty.

Ordering process was easy, I think the lady was pleased with her flowers - only downside was that I ordered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day with next day delivery, but that didn’t mean the next day, it meant the Monday which was a bit misleading.

The flowers didnt arrive Saturday despite me emailing to ensure they would. When they arrived the next day my mum had already left and so she never got the flowers! I understand Mother’s Day is a busy weekend but don’t give a delivery date if you can’t make it!

Service rating : Regrettably the order for mothers was delivered two days late. Another order placed in the same week going to Preston arrived two days early, but to compensate you kindly delivered a second bunch on the correct day which was a lovely gesture. It would have been good to offer some compensation on the order for my mum, but the flowers were lovely when they did come, so I won’t complain too much. thank you
