YOU ASK FOR A TIME FOR DELIVERY BUT FLOWERS CAME IN THE AFTERNOON

I would not recommend this company. I paid for a same day delivery, two days later I had to inform them that I thought the product had not been delivered. They then told me they would look into it but assured me it would have been delivered. A further two days later they still had not rung me back so queried again, they told me it had indeed not been delivered because the courier could not find the address with the details I gave. The courier then delivered the flowers that day using the same details originally given four days after it should have been delivered! No apology given no refund given on the extra price of same delivery from Serenata and was even told it was my fault for not providing the correct delivery details!!

Service rating : Very good service, letting me know all the time where the flowers were and when they were delivered. I was only disappointed in the fact that you don’t deliver on a Sunday....

Product : The basket of flowers was an anniversary present for my mum and dad. They were really pleased with them and thought they were beautiful.

Product : The roses were really nice however I upgraded to have opulence but what was delivered was a box containing roses with their leaves left on which is certainly not what was described. AVOID!!

Product : The roses only lasted for 4 days and after that the whole bunch started drooping. We did follow the instructions and used the feeder provided. For the price this is very poor.

Product : These roses looked great on delivery, nicely packaged but within 5 days they started to die and the petals fell off despite being well looked after. In contrast, roses which we bought for a fraction of the price a few days earlier from a local supermarket are still fresh with no loss of petals.
