I was a bit concerned to hear that the flowers were delivered on the Thursday rather than the Saturday as booked but I didn’t get time to call and ask why and they also arrived again on the Saturday and I recieved an email apologising so no harm was done. In fact my mother was delighted to recieve both! I would certainly use the service again.

Product : I would say that the use of site and delivery was excellent, although the flowers received were not as pictured: the pink roses were not as pink as shown, some of the lilies stems were short and just placed in the bundle to thicken it out. I was disappointed with that.

The only negative I would say is that I received 6 identical emails thoughout the day telling me the flowers had been dispatched, 1 email would have been ample, 6 the same is pretty annoying.

Flowers great and ordering very simple, but i left instructions to leave at a house a few numbers down if recipients weren’t in and recipients were just coming down the road and saw the delivery man trying to give them to the next door neighbour who was not going to take them. Please make sure the couriers are up to reading the notes!

Service rating : the flowers arrived boxed but had been placed upside down which resulted in some of the flowers not being able to be revived due to lack of water and several others broken. Im afraid i would not use this company again as i ended up paying for a substandard product little of which was acceptable.

Service rating : My order was not delivered and the customer services was quite poor because they were not very helpful in rectifying the problem,and after complaining about it they could not even refund me.
Product : I did not receive it because serenta flowers did not deliver it yet they took a payment.The site is a fraud!!

Service rating : Do not trust a company without a phone number. Serenata caused a mixed up. No order was placed but email reported sale, this resulted in worry caused by wondering if credit card had been used by fraud. Serenata would not telephone back to discuss it. As everything is done by email it was impossible to sort out. They then made it worse by sending message to say flowers had been delivered, although no order placed. Now asking for feedback! They obviously have not sorted out error yet. Not good on Customer Service.
Product : Have no idea on products, never placed or received any order, they are just so unprofessional on customer service so can only presume they are no good at all !

Service rating : The customer service was a little irratic, first attempt did not work, only response from customer services was a discount voucher code but no help in working out why the order had not gone through and no real answer to question asked. On second attempt I received a quick answer to question and the order went through. Once ordered everything went smoothly and they arrived in time and in good condition.

Good because they informed me when the flowers were delivered but poor because the flowers were left outside the front of the house when I had given instructions to take them to the door at the back of the house. The flowers were not found at first.

Easy and truly enjoyable online site to choose and send flowers, in fact I wish all sites for ordering products were based on Serenata Flowers Ltd. for their example. Unfortunately I can not rate the flowers I chose since they were sent across the world and only have the comment that they were ’lovely’ to convey here.
