Good ordering process. Flowers delivered less than 12 hours after order in rural mid Wales.

They were a mother’s day gift and I was informed by my mother that the majority of flowers were dead or dying and that within 24hours had to be thrown away. I will be ringing serenata to complain the second I have a spare moment in work.

Only problem I have is the timing of the notification of delivery as this caused anxiety and upset as although the flowers arrived at 4.30pm on the due date I was not notified until the next day. I believed the flowers had not arrived on the right day which caused me upset and distress when there was no need as it was purely due to a lack of timely notification which can surely be remedied and should be. Hence only a Good rating and not Excellent.

Flowers were delivered at 9:15am according to the card and both myself and my dad were up at this time. Service rating : I have used Serenata Flowers before and loved the flowers + the service was great. Sadly this Mother’s Day was a let down. I knew it would be a hectic time and hence did not expect AS great service but when I was paying for delivery on the day I did not expect the box to be dumped outside my door upside down, the flowers inside to be partly squashed + the bouquet tiny for £25.00 and the card included to have been thrown in flat on top without even bothering to fold it into a card shape! Perhaps the delivery man was in a rush but the card would have taken five seconds to fold! Small detail which would have improved the rating.
Product : Smaller than expected but overall a pretty bouquet - bit disappointed with the price when seeing the size although very few of the flowers were open so maybe it will look better later.

The flowers were beautiful but unfortunately there were only 20 flowers in the bunch, however; I emailed customer services and almost instantly received a reply email apologising for the error and advising that I would be refunded £8. The £8 was back in my bank account really quickly and I am therefore very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely you use again.

This meant it was unfound until I found the recipient to see if they had received the gift.
Product : Flowers were all in tight bud, so they should last a long time! But maybe look less impressive on receival.

Product : The flowers arrived for my girlfriend on Valentines day 14th Feb at around 9am. However, by the 18th Feb they had dropped all their petals and were dead even though they had been kept in water since delivery. I would have expected longer life from them as all that I have bought previously from other sources lasted in excess of 7 days. She still has a single rose given as part of a valentines meal from a restaurant which still looks as good as the day it was given, again, 14th Feb.

Service rating : The flowers were delivered in a wet, damaged box. You’re not able to communicate via a telephone so you have to communicate via e-mail only.
Product : The roses were of poor quality and the gyp that accompanied them were not white as advertised but instead a dark green colour. The flowers looked like they were already on their last legs when they were sent out.
