i was disappointed that the instructions left were that the flowers should be handed to the recipiant (my sister who had come home from hospital the day before) they were left with a neighbour and she did,nt get the flowers till later the next day

Very good service . just one problem card must have fell off! My sister didn’t know who they were from till I phoned her ..but she said they were beautiful als well that ends well!

Service rating : Excellent service, I liked that I got a text to confirm delivery. Delivery was free which was excellent as it was mother’s day and flowers delivered on a Sunday.

Service rating : I found Serenata good, but I duplicated my order in error and was very anxious because I couldn’t phone and actually speak with someone immediately to rectify this error. The only way of contacting them was via e-mail, and this made me nervous in case they didn’t get back to me quickly. However, I must say in their defence, that via e-mails, they did in fact sort out my error. I now must wait for my card statement to arrive to see if they have, in fact, credited the second bouquet, as they said they would.
Product : The recipient of the flowers hasn’t contacted me, so I don’t know what they thought of them. I have used them before and the recipient said that the flowers were lovely.
