Again I did not see the delivered card, only the visual image on the internet pages; it seemed OK. I thought the selection that I was able to see was a bit limited for choice in respect of specific occasions; e.g. birthdays. My ’good’ marking is really halfway between ’good’ and ’poor’. I would use Serenataflowers again.

Delivery was great, but the product itself, although the flowers were beautiful, there weren’t many, and certainly the arrangement looked a lot smaller than the image suggested. Also the care instructions said there was some plant food included but this could not be found anywhere.

I have recommended your company to many friends on the basis that it was good value for money with great flowers - I really do hope that your company does not fall into the same category as many other florists/companies where making money is first priority as opposed to having good company morals with good comments/recommendations and fantastic flowers. Product : It was sent direct to the recipient so I never actually saw these flowers.

Balloon was stuffed into a box and was torn, it was very shabby and basically worthless.

Ok the balloon was actually bigger than the flowers as they were so awful and small!

The card was fine but I would have liked more choice.

Delivery was at the exact time as requested, just the note that was supposed to be with the parcel was missing. Apart from that the service was excellent.

These flowers were delivered to my mother for Mothers day. At the time of delivery both of my parents were in the house and the delivery driver did not ring the door bell. Another neighbour calling next door noiticed the box left outside in the pouring rain. The box was soaked, but thankfully as the cardboard was strong it had not affected the flowers.

Could not change order despite contact over a day before delivery causing the flowers to be delivered to the wrong address on the wrong day, subsequently ruining the surprise. Absolutely disgraceful.

This glass globe is called ’petite’. I think this must be a misnomer as the vase was very large. It was exactly the right size for the Christmas Celebration - Grandissimo, but to name it petite was, in my view, misleading as it is very large (possibly as much as 38 cm in diameter at its widest point?). I am not complaining about the vase, as I say, it was a perfect match to the flowers; I’m simply questioning its name.

I ordered my product in the morning and the website said that I could expect delivery same day. The flowers came the next day, which is not very useful for anniversary flowers.

Communications and flowers were great but major mistake with the additional item. Sent its boy teddy to a couple celebrating their anniversary, box checked stating anniversary, included anniversary card. Recently miscarried so caused huge upset

However, despite a note to say leave the flowers with a neighbour if recipients out, the parcel was left by the side gate. It could be that no neighbours were in!
