Product : Liked the look of the Twilight bouquet with the mixture of purple freesias and ivory roses mixed all together but unfortunately my girlfriend showed me a photograph of the bouquet but flowers were not mixed together as per the photograph, the freesias were all at one end of the bouquet and the roses at the other end so not as per the picture which was disappointing.

Service rating : They use Yodel to deliver, and Yodel are appalling . Ordered flowers for an Anniversary and they arrived finally 36 hours late . Will never use them again.
Product : Against all odds because the flowers had been on the delivery van for two working days, the recipient said the flowers were very nice. What a shame the service was so poor. Serenata need a more reliable courier service. Yodel has cost them my custom.

ordered the flowers in advance to be delivered on a specific day but were not delivered and I was left so disappointed, sent messages twice and only one reply. On the plus side, I received a full refund and when the flowers did arrive at 5 o’clock the following day they were apparently beautiful.

The flowers that were delivered was described as beautiful. However the delivery was just left with a neighbour and the recipient was not even made aware the neighbour had the delivery.
