It was the ok I suppose but the whole surprise was ruined and a baloon on a stick was never going to make it any better.

Unfortunately you delivered on the wrong day 3 days before requested. However, you did rectify this by sending another bouquet on the correct day free of charge.

Slightly smaller flowers than expected for price but ordered day before valentines day and were delivered promptly on the day and were loved my my better half so overall happy with service.

Service rating : This would have been excellent, but they have been extremely slow to respond to a complaint I registered with them, so my opinion is not good right now, despite having good service previously.
Product : Roses were only at their best on the day of delivery. 3 days later, they looked about 2 weeks old, heads all dropped and leaves turning brown. Not at all impressed especially as they were supposed to be a nice surprise or my wife on valentines day. Very disappointed.

Paid to be delivered before noon and didn’t come till 3. Couldn’t wait in that long for them as had plans with gf. The I had a text saying the flowers had been received be Sarah but she was with me all day. Then on are arrival at home we found the flowers in the rain on the floor ne’er the bins.

Cannot fault the company as such, as product described was accurate and deliver on correct day. Sad though to see that the delivery company used detailed my product as loaded on the van at 0730 but my wife didn’t actually receive her flowers until 1720. Hardly the company’s fault but aggravating none the less.

Flowers should have been delivered on 10/01/12 but not delivered until Wednesday morning 11/1/12, was there a reason for this?

Service rating : The flowers did not arrive with my Nana until after 6pm which had me very worried that they were not coming at all. I had to make a costly phone call to check that they were on their way.
Product : The flowers looked very disappointing compared to the picture on the website. I understand that it is better to deliver the flowers while they are still closed but these were very limp, withered and brown looking. The card that came with the flowers was also very basic.
