This is the first time I have been able to actually see the flowers that had been ordered. The roses were large and beautiful. The arrangement looked sophisticated. The recipient was delighted.

The bouquet had to be thrown away 3days after being received. I picked this original, unusual looking arrangement on the website, with an interesting blue and purple pattern on the flowers. I got this drooping, sad looking bunch of flowers, with no blue and purple pattern. I showed my mum the original picture and she was horrified and I had to request a refund.

I have ordered several times and this is the first time I had a problem with the delivery. I think the error was due to the fact I placed an item in my cart on Thursday evening, then realizing the recipient wouldn’t be home on Friday I planned to wait until the next day to complete the order for delivery on Saturday. I received an email from Serenata asking about the item in my cart and I clicked the link within the email to continue with the checkout process. instead of updating the delivery date, it remained the Friday (by now it was Friday). The flowers did not get delivered until Tuesday, which was quite disappointing. Serenata were responsive to my inquiries though and did offer me a full refund if I no longer wanted the order delivered.

Apparently the vase is serviceable.

Ive used before and the people who received loved them so i ordered for Christmas. They were delivered on time as requested, only problem was they had all died after two days.
