I ordered a bouquet online and had asked how to change the delivery date. Whilst waiting for a reply I discovered how to and placed the order. The night before delivery was due I received an email stating that I had cancelled the order and would receive a refund!
I emailed and stated that I had NOT cancelled and was informed that, as I never replied to the email regarding changing the delivery date, they had ASSUMED I no longer wanted the delivery. I had to make a second payment to finally get a bouquet delivered a day late. A second bouquet was delivered a week later as way of an apology

They failed to deliver the flowers on Valentine’s day and then made things worse by not attempting to inform me the delivery van had broken down by either text or e mail. They could have made me feel better about the experience by sending a better quality bunch of flowers the next day but did not take the opportunity.

I am writing to let you know of my clear disappointment at the flowers I ordered for my wife via your company.
As you can appreciate the choices are vast for such products around Valentine’s day and I choose Serenata Flowers Limited as you were highly recommended. Many of my friends and family members have used yourselves throughout the years and convinced me you would be a good choice so I took their advice and placed an order with yourselves.

The flowers were delivered on time as expected, but my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. 6 out of the 24 roses were discoloured so badly that they were closer to black than red. Also the roses were very small and did not resemble the website pictures remotely.

This was very embarrassing for me as it seemed that I had not used a reputable company and the quality of the roses was more in line with flowers that were at the end of the shelf life, not the vibrant, fresh bunch I was expecting. So for £34.99 I get below par flowers, that are much smaller than expected and 25% of which are dead or dying.

This is completely unacceptable and as a means of a speedy resolution expect a full refund.

I appreciate Valentine’s day is probably your busiest period, but what I cannot accept is that the necessary quality checks are taken out of the equation to a degree that affects customer satisfaction.

Your response and handling of this matter will determine whether I see myself as a future customer and someone who recommends you or whether I actively talk friends and family out of using you ever again.

I trust you will take my complaint seriously and am willing to take this complaint to the necessary agencies should you fail to resolve this matter to my total satisfaction.

Late delivery Although it was Valentines day and I understand it was a busy time of year it was my mums birthday and the flowers were delivered very late in the day

Having ordered the largest size I could I did not think it was worth the extra as was still fairly small.

A friend recommended Serenata and I am so pleased I used their service. It was so easy and I was kept informed at each stage of my order through to delivery. Our friend was absolutley delighted with the Bali Hai deluxe bouquet we ordered for her 70th Birthday. It was something a little more special than the usual flowers in a bouquet.
