For saying I paid for an upgraded bunch of flowers, it was quite frankly pathetic in size. Not value for money at all

Flowers were in poor condition, certain flowers hadnt opened up yet where others are on the verge of dying. Nothing like what was expected from the picture. I expected more when paying over £20 for flowers.

Product : On first arrival my mum was delighted with the presentation and followed the instructions on how to look after the flowers. The very next morning the majority of the flowers were passed their best and by the afternoon the display was removed. We have used you before and the flowers have lasted for days after delivery but on this occasion very dissapointing will not be using the service again
