Product : volume and quantity looked not a lot like the picture, even though my mum was pleased to recieve them for mothersday, they didn’t look great in the vase, overall quite disappointed.

for someone that really doesnt have time to go to the shops this is perfect but the cost is more than doubled when you consider buying instore tescos or sainsburys, however i believe the quailty of these roses to be superior and the delivery is very good

flowers were ridiculously small compared to the image on the site, looked more like close carnations, considering I paid for deluxe they were even worse than expected!

Service rating : I tried to contact the company over five times on e-mail in the week after placing my order, as I had not received confirmation of my order when the order was placed. I have still had no response to any mail, despite a one hour resposnse promise. There is no phone number to call either which maade it a very frustrating process and I shall not be using them again
Product : given I paid for the large bouquet I think it was a fairly small offering

The courier left the flowers I had ordered on the doorstop, despite me explicitly detailing (as it showed clearly on the box) that I wanted them to bang on the door loudly in order for my girlfriend to hear. She stumbled across them heading out the door to go to Tesco’s in the end...

Flowers were lovely but unfortunately were delivered late at night and popped over side gate with no card put through door. They were found by accident a few days later! A message had been put on order to say person recently out of hospital, please leave time to open door. Not very impressed with this service as I had been highly recommended your company.

Product : The roses in this boquet turned brown within one day of delivery despite being attended to and cared for in a positive manner. I was very dissapointed and upset by the quality of my gift when i saw it in situ and despite using Serenata in the past would think twice about a future purchase.

Service rating : Only used the company a couple of times but it is good service and customer follow-up (re;letting the customer know about dispatch and delivery)
Product : The purple flowers were in bad condition (very limp and as though they were past their best) and it was a disappointing display. There was 25% off the full price so to pay that full price at £19.99 would have been extremely disappointing. Even at £16 it was a bit if a let down.

Service rating : Paid £5.00 to have flowers delivered by courier before 1pm Monday, found out on Wednesday they hadn’t been delivered but would be the following day......I had to email to find out they still hadn’t been delivered on the Thursday - did I want to arrange another delivery date!! Extremely poor, totally unacceptable, will not be using Serenata Flowers again nor will I recommend them to anyone else!

Service rating : The flowers were delivered around 2pm but I didn’t get a confirmation email till 9:36pm. If it wasn’t for the fact the person I sent them too told me they had arrived I would have been panicing all day that they were stuck on the back of the lorry.

Service rating : I ordered these flowers for a friends birthday and they were delivered when requested and I was told they were very nice. I also thought they were a reasonable price.
Product : Very nice. Did not see them myself but my friend liked them. They only concern for me now is I receive your e-mails and the prices of the flowers have gone up and I can’t get a bouquet for £19.99 like I did the first time. I will use this company again though for special occasions.
