I was very disappointed with the flowers I ordered as a surprise for mothers day present for my mum. I went to see the flowers and considering the price of £39.99 I was expecting a really spectacular bouquet the description was large amount of pink roses and lilies, the roses died quickly and the lilies did not all come out in bloom before the roses died. I will not be ordering again and I expect a refund for the monies paid as the quality of the flowers was disgusting.

I paid for same day delivery. I didnt get same day delivery. I asked for a reason why or at least an apology. No reply. Really rubbish company and wont be using them again. Soon to dispute payment and get my money back. Companies like this should learn how to deal with customers properly.

Service rating : The flowers, for a Golden Wedding Anniversary, were ordered for delivery on Tuesday 13th March; I paid the additional charge to have them delivered before 1.00pm. At 3.00pm a call to Customer Services revealed that the flowers had not left the depot and would not be delivered until the next day - quite frankly a day too late. To say I was hugely disappointed is an understatement. For that reason I would not recommend Serenata Flowers. I was given a full refund (little consolation considering the disappointment) and told the order had been cancelled. To my surprise the flowers arrived the next day; a shame they were too late as they were lovely.
Product : The flowers, when they actually arrived, were absolutely lovely.

Service rating : The service was good because they kept you up to date with where your items are. They respond promptly to questions and emails.
Product : The flowers were not fresh when they arrived. Some were wilted and some had dropped off when the bouquet was held. Some of the pink petals had already turned yellow. It was very disappointing given that it was a special occasion and the company knew that from the note. They were however, very apologetic and offered a full refund or resend immediately.

Fairly easy site to navigate with lots of choices

I thought the flowers were great, they were on time and spot on, the problem was I never got an email to confirm my order and was really unaware if I had ordered the flowers or not, I think without this worry I would have called the service excellent
