I was really impressed. I had to change my delivery address on the morning that they were to be delivered. Their is no number to call so I just had to email . No one got back to me so I thought that it was to late and I would just have go and pick up the flowers myself but I got a call from my mum thanking me for the flowers, they had been deliverd to the changed addresss. I do think I should have been contacted to let me know what was happening with my order but none the less I was still very impressed with the fact the order was shipped to the changed address so last minute. My mum has been really ill lately and they where a little pick me up that she needed. Thank you!!

Service rating : I ordered flowers for friends and checked out the web page and looked and saw beautifully arranged bunch of flowers lots of lilies ect but when they arrived they were not even wrapped in cellophane just green crepe paper and huge box. When isaw both on Facebook I saw they looked nothing like what I saw and very limited flowers for the price which included free delivery. I called and all I kept getting asked was for photos so reluctantly asked my friend if I could photograph them , it was my other friends birthday yesterday and as your flowers were so poor went to Morrison. And got beautifully arranged bunch for £10.00 which I also sent you and there was no comparison as you can see so now you can see why I am unhappy but not that you will do anything as all you have done in last five days is nothing.

Although the product ordered was delivered on time and product was undamaged, item was left on street as delivery instructions had been ignored and product was upside down potentially damaging the delicate flowers inside. Having contacted the company to inform them of this, they responded promptly to tell me that they would contact the courier and I am still awaiting further communication regarding this.

Despite offering 2 additional addresses if the recipient had not been at home the flowers were left on the doorstep. Was nobody at home at either of the other addresses? The mark of good was given because the correct order was provided and the flowers were delivered on the right day.

Service rating : I didn’t like the fact that a) I was unable to select when I wanted to have the flowers delivered - I had to find the help section on the website in order to get a different date, and b) even though my statement said no delivery fee I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged £4.99! Again, I had to look on your website and try and get a refund for the delivery (which thankfully will be actioned).

Ordered on 4th March for delivery on 10th March, a gift for mothers day. The flowers were not delivered, my mom thought I had forgotten her - disaster. I did receive an email saying they had been delivered. They HAD NOT.
There was no problem with the address as flowers had been delivered previously. so disappointed. I contacted serenata on the 11th by email and received a very quick response stating they were looking into it but it would take 24 - 48 hrs. I am still waiting and my Mom still has no flowers. The money has been taken from my account though.
