Received a text message at 11.13 in the morning to say that my flowers had left the building and were on route to the recipient. Only received my text that evening at 6.36pm to say the order had been delivered successfully. Which i think was pretty poor considering we got to our hotel at around 3.00pm that day and the flowers were there waiting for my husband when we arrived. So i don’t know exactly what time the flowers were delivered. Obviously the updates are not very accurate. I wasn’t particularly happy with the 3 roses in the arrangement they were a bit black round the edges didn’t look as nice and fresh as i was expecting!! Not sure if i would order from this company again?

Product : i was told that the dozen red and pink roses that i had sent to my niece were amazing not only in looks but in quality too. they have lasted almost a week and were the same price if not cheaper than competitors.

Service rating : Good communications but wasn’t sure about the flowers being left with a neighbour because it’s an industrial estate. Wonder if could have called me to ask first as I probably would’ve paid a bit extra to have it redelivered to a different durham address.

The foliage on the stems was withered and the flowers appeared dehydrated. I have had no response from Serenata in this regard. I would be reluctant to order any more flowers from this company. Service rating : Really unhappy with the flowers I recieved, to start they were not what I expected, the picture of the flowers looked full and vibrant beautiful, when they arrived they seemed small and ok, not at all what the picture looked like, also on the day of delivery, one flower has started wilting, one day after delivery, 2 flowers were almost completely wilted, I have had floral deliverys in the past and flowers have lasted up to 2 weeks or more!, I don’t see these flowers lasting any more than 4 days, not all of the flowers were like this, but removing the ones that were, would mean an even smaller less full bouquet

Bit on the expensive side for the card, but wanted to add it in because of the occasion (mothers day). Could replace cards with the smaller greetings cards you would usually get with flowers.

Card was lying loose in the packaging with no envelope on it and no indication on the card of who it was from. Our friends had the embarrassment of phoning around to ask people if they had sent them.

Card looked ok on the outside yet inside the label was placed sideways and wasnt stuck properly. I have supporting pictures for both issues above should they be required.
