Quick service except that, on our second occasion of use, the flowers went astray and were not delivered on the day promised. Company did however offer a full refund. NO TELEPHONE LINE - THAT IS FRUSTRATING although emails answered with impressive speed.

Product : The flowers on the web page wer big and beautiful and all open/ in bloom. Mine wer not, the main flowers, the big star like ones never openned even though they wer on a window sill and had water, they did not come with a sachet of plant food either. The bunch itself was minimal and not 1/2 as full as the picture, mainly stork. The price if I’m honest isn’t that bad for next day delivery but that is what you are paying for, I think I will spend abit more and go somewhere else next time.

I attempted to order two bunches, each to a different address. The first went through fine, the second told me my card details were incorrect. They were not. I was then invoiced for the second purchase - the one which, apparently, I had not paid for. The one which I HAD paid for, there was no record of ever having happened at all.
The website offered a "we’ll call you" function to iron out any difficulties. Having entered my number and recieved no call, I emailed only to be told that the call-back service had been "streamlined".
One of the two bunches of flowers was delivered, on time, and was very nice. However, I will not ever be using this company again because of the incompetence of their IT and their "streamlining" of a service which would actually improve their company. To offer a faux-friendly email tone while not actually being approachable by telephone smacks of a company which does not have its priorities right.
A shame because, as I said, the flowers they did manage to deliver were prompt and very nice.

I ordered the flowers on line on a Sunday afternoon and they were delivered Monday morning. The recipient said they were lovely.

On initial ordering I received no e mail or sms confirmation of the order. Order tracker was easy to use and was the only way I knew the order was received. The flowers were sent for a wedding anniversary to my wife but unfortunately the quality of the flowers was very poor and not fresh. The petals were wilting and brown edged on delivery and after 4 days now look ready for the bin. However I phoned to complain on Friday and was offered a no quibble refund or replacement. The replacements received are much better quality and am satisfied with them and the customer service although the original delivery had proved a let down on the actual day. Not sure if I would use Serenata again if I cannot guarantee the quality first time to the recipient.

Is it normal practive for you to deliver flowers and a vase and then just leave them on the doorstep of a flat that is on a busy street? I’m glad that noone decided to walk off with them and that my mother actually received the flowers.
