Service rating : All started well with e mails and tracking number but flowers were ordered for next day delivery! On Friday ,they did not arrive until 1900 on the Monday. E mails did tell me they had been loaded onto the van twice. Very disappointing delivery service.
Product : Dead. Who would not be with 3 days in a box on a van with no water. To add insult to injury the card in the dead offerings said that our little friends would need a drink after their journey. By Thursday flowers where thrown out. This was a cheer up gift to my84 year old auntie who had been mugged! Not impressed

Service rating : Booked flowers for Mothers Day, last minute booking but didn’t seem to be a problem for Serenata Flowers, very impressed. Marked down to good as the flowers chosen and the flowers my mother received differed considerably.
Product : Choose the scented blue posy, but she received a multi coloured lot. I’m not a big fan of mixing too many colours and prefer the more classic look so was a little disappointed but she was very happy to receive flowers which was after all the point!

I will rate you good for your website. but poor for delivery i asked for a saturday delivery and the flowers arrived Thursday afternoon, my mum had just got in from a appointment this is why i asked for a saturday., it was lucky she just got in otherwise she may of not got them.

Haven’t seen it... but was nice to be able to put something with the flowers.

Service rating : Iordered 2 lots of flowers at the same time. I received a message confirming the delivery which really impressed me. Unfortunately one lot were delivered according to this confirmation but the other bunch was not. I found it very difficult to work out how to track what was happening to them and I still don’t know if the other flowers have been delivered. It would help if there was more specific information about delivery times.

Service rating : The service was excellent within 24 hours from placing my order it was delivered. The recipient was delighted withn it.
Product : The display was lovely, I paid the extra to have more added to it but I feel if I had not it would have been quite small.

I did request the card on the inital order, but it popped up on the invoice. Don’t know if that was what was delivered as I haven’t ssen the delivery.

Product : My flowers arrived safely and in tight bud. Within 24 hours they slowly opened and have looked fresh for the last 3 days.

The courier left the flowers at one of our neighbours door and it was the neighbour that brought the flowers around to us later that evening. I know that our street does not have house numbers but the post code only covers a handful of houses, and the housenames are prominantly displayed. Bad show on the part of the courier to just dump the flowers on some random doorstep.

Ordered flowers for Valentines day which didn’t get delivered. Wasn’t informed there was any problem on the day so had to ring them the next day to find out what happened. Was told there was a problem with their courier & was offered a full refund or an upgrade on my original order. I accepted the upgrade offer & requested a free vase to compensate for the poor service which the friendly member of staff agreed to.
