Flowers weren’t delivered on the correct day as they said the address was incorrect. I had to ring up and tell them that it was the correct address. I was told the bouquet would be upgraded by way of compensation but this wasn’t the case.

The recipient was overjoyed and loved the flowers they were a surprise so that element of the surprise worked- she told me the flowers were lovely and cheered her up

They came very poorly packaged and were wilted and almost dead. They never opened into full bloom and were a complete waste of money.
