Service rating : Hi - I ordered some flowers for mothers day which were sent but arrived dry with flowers/ foliage dropping and with some broken flower heads which had to be thrown. The flowers were a completely different make and colour to the ones shown on line that I ordered. I have complained by email to Serenata but not had a response at all (email sent around 12.03.13) which is really poor customer service. The flowers were therefore a complete waste of money and I was very disappointed for my mum who was has only just lost my dad to cancer and needed cheering up! David

Service rating : The promptness of delivery was very quick; 7.50am on a Sunday morning. My Mum was asleep and didn’t hear the door. The note put through the door said simply "reverse". Mum looked at the note and thought she was to look at the reverse of the comment card, which had no details. She was confused and wondered where the flowers were. I had given instructions for them to be left with neighbours either side, but they didn’t have them. It was only when I phoned her that evening, and told her I’d had an e-mail to say they’d been successfully delivered, that I suggested she looked out in the back garden. The flowers had been left on the recycling bin, the worse for wear for frost. I suggest that a more specific comment on the card could have avoided this happening.
Product : The flowers themselves were apparently lovely, so feedback on those is good. However, I paid several pounds extra for a Mothers Day card. Mum said that far from being a greetings card, what arrived was an advert for 10% off the next purchase, with the greeting written on the back. If I’d have known this was going to happen, I would have posted her an additional greetings card. I think that this explanation of the product was misleading on the description on the website and not worth the money. I would be reluctant to use Seranata flowers in future.

unfortunately the flowers arrived on time & looked beautiful however on opening them up flowers were broken bent or in 2 cases 1 rose & 1 carnation heads had been broken off!

Service rating : Flowers ordered for Valentines day were not delivered at all on 14th February. Initial queries with Customer services the next day got the reply "it was delivered at 8am on Thursday 14th". Then an hour later Yodel tried to deliver the flowers. Enough said! A word of advice, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys - ditch Yodel.

I sent my my elderly Mother these flowers as an early Mothers day gift. Imagine my upset as I heard that they were very limp and of poor quality. I contacted Serenta by email as that is the only communication, to be told that they have a complaints procedure and that my elderly Mother , must ( TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE FLOWERS, DOWNLOAD IT ON TO THE COMPUTER AND THEN ATTACH IT TO YET ANOTHER EMAIL AND FORWARD ,SO THAT THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT COULD VERIFY MY MOTHERS valid upset. Would never use this company again due to lack of customer care.

Our guests were pleasantly surprised and everything was as expected.

The card was good and fitted the bill perfectly.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the flower when my girlfriend brought them home- the main flower had brown mould on them. I have since been waiting to see if they would open or blossom but at day 13 they have completel wilted and died. For the expense I am really disappointed with the quality an freshness of the bouquet. Also the message in the card was very novice looking and typed in very small font not at all what you expect for valentines. On top of this they came with a ’how to look afte your roses’ instructions card when as above confirms I didn’t purchase roses? !

Normally Serenata are very good - but I’ve only ever ordered flowers in the UK before. This time I was ordering flowers for my mother in Canada for her birthday and they arrived a day late, which is why I’ve rated the service ’poor’. Sorry guys, but they need to arrive on time!

Good vase just perphaps not ideal for my choice of flowers as they were tall and needed a bigger one but thats not their fault. Just felt another £10 on top was a bit pricey. Also I thought they’d arrive actually in the vase as a display, not seperate or I wouldnt have ordered at all but never mind.
