£50 I spent on flowers which were sent to the wrong address. No telephone number to contact customer services, only a email address. I have received 1 reply from this company despite emailing them to contact me basically saying there is nothing they can do. I had to purchase more flowers from a different company. Will not use this firm again and would not recommend.

Service rating : I thought I was ordering same day flowers but by the time I finished it was about 2.35 After I realised this may not happen I sent an email straight away saying it would still be ok if the flowers got there before 9.30 next day. They were not delivered until after the procession had left without my tribute.
I did not want to leave bad feed back for the money I wasted but if you insist on sending me feedback forms. ... there it is.

Serenata flowers also text me on the day to tell me that they had been delivered. When I spoke to my friend she was absolutely delighted with them and said they were gorgeous. All in all a very good compay to place an order with and I will definately use them again.

A ’Dozen’ Red Roses... only ten were delivered which kind of defeated the purpose of advertising and charging for 12. Can imagine the girl they were delivered to had a hard time googling the significance of ten roses. You nearly cost me my relationship! luckily I got off with a standard spanking. Flowers were a joke and the presentation was even worse. I only received 11 roses, about 5 of them looked dead! When they came in a box, they looked as if they had been kicked all round the transit van first. I’m simply not happy with your service. You requested I send a picture the next day, but the flowers looked that bad I put them straight in the bin and bought my girlfriend fresh flowers from the local florist. Costing more money!! ’i want to know what your company is going to do for the shocking service I have received and all my inconvenience? Mr Elder.

However they were left with our next door neighbour with whom we have a difficult relationship.
