The follow up email after the initial incomplete order is a clever and efficient idea. However the fact that is taking more than 24h to deliver an order in the Stratford area where your store is actually located is unacceptable. That was the fact that almost made me abandon my order. You need to look into that ASAP.

Serenata flowers delivered the flowers to the wrong addressand street 14 duncombe Rd and only for the person living at that address delivering the flowers to 14 whitehedge Rd by chance that it may be for that address they would have been facing a refund of £55. they did not even respond to me or apologise for their mistake . that says all there is to know about this company

I have not had a good experience. The website charged me for a card that I didn’t want. There didn’t appear to be an easy way to leave a message without having to pay for a card. Serenata did refund me after I wrote in, this was appreciated. That said when I visited my mother this weekend, the quality of the product was dire. The flowers were damaged when they arrived, around 50% of the flower heads were falling off or crushed. They lasted only 3 days - I sent them on Tuesday 7 and by Thursday evening they were ready for the bin. It was good of the company to send me a text to let me know they had arrived, but this was the only good thing about my dealings with Serenata Flowers. I won’t be using them again.

The flowers were meant to be delivered as a surprise, however the person they were for was not in so the flowers were left with a neighbour!
No card was left to explain the flowers were with a neighbour and the flowers were left in a box for a number of days!
Would have saved a lot of issues had a card been left!

Service rating : From a service point of view excellent - was updated regularly on the progress of the delivery. The only criticism is that the tone of voice for the email should have been tailored to the reason for the delivery of flowers - it was too upbeat for a bereavement bouquet so this could have been more sensitive.

The delivery was excellent and the responses to the online customer service was fast but the bouquet itself was poor. I will definitely think twice before ordering online again. Really disappointed with the delivery of the flowers and the Bouquet size, the delivery was a day late and on arrival was delivered as two separate parcels. Also the size of the flowers was well under what was advertised especially after paying for a larger Bouquet. (Have picture if required)

Service rating : Serenata for the most part is a reliable and quality floral delivery service. If I were writing this review before my last order I would say they’re flawless. However, my most recent attempt to send my girlfriend flowers to her work resulted in the flowers being dropped at reception without notice and my girlfriend receiving them 4 days later wilting an on the verge of severe dehydration.

I bought the palladian you recommended for these particular flowers. It was an excellent choice and made the flowers really stand out.

My flowers were damaged at the depot and therefore weren’t delivered. However I wasn’t informed of this. I only found out upon speaking to the supposed recipient weeks later. My first enquiry to follow this up was ignored. When Serenata responded to my second enquiry they resolved the situation promptly.
