Service rating : I e-mailed the company first thing on Monday 11th March as was very dissapointed with the delivery that was sent to my Mum. The flowers in the pot looked dead and all you could see was Ivy. I had to go buy a bunch of flowers as I was so horrified at what I saw had been delivered!! The service from ordering to delivering was perfect. Loved the confirmation on the delivery via e-mail. I was however expecting the flowers to be in a Bouquet format not bunches of the Bali Hai boxed up in two seperate bunches. The quality of the flowers more than made up for the minor disappointment. Serenata flowers website declined my debit card when i tried to place an order. I did not receive any emails from Serenata at the time of trying to place order. I received email from Serenata on the day the order was to be delivered telling me the order was to be delivered. I ordered flowers from other website as i assumed Serenata order did not work when my card was declined. I emailed Serenta and they did refund money taken from my bank account even though i was told my card had been declined,

Flowers supposed to be delivered on Monday morning. Delivery man arrived 5pm poorly dresses with dirty hands as if he was working all day in a garage.

Plain, this was a present for my boss for her birthday, we all collected 20 pound for the flowers and my colleagues said it looks like they are from a petrol station. I emailed a complaint and received a response to say I am wrong and that they do come as the picture shows. When I responded asking for a refund I was ignored. Do not use this company.
Product : Very poor and cheap looking, flowers were not put in anything to make them stand up and they were wraped in clear paper with no decoration. Not at all how the picture looks, they are about a quarter of the size on the picture!
