Service rating : I can only comment on the ease of placing my order, the wide range of flowers available, seemingly good value for money and how efficient the service seemed to be in terms of notifying me when the flowers left the building and when they were actually delivered. Unfortunately, my recipient wasn’t in when they tried to deliver so I just hope she received them and that they were ok by the time she got home (but obviously this is no fault of Serenata flowers)...
Product : Unfortunately the flowers were sent in sympathy and as yet I’ve not heard back from my friend so I don’t actually know what she thought of the bouquet - hence the ’not tried yet’ rating. I’ll give more feedback if/when she mentions them...

I think it is ridiculous that a charge is made for a simple card to accompany the flowers. I won’t use this service again as other companies offer this service free of charge - as it should be.

Service rating : Awful service. Flowers not delivered as courier "couldn’t find address". Never any previous problems with the address, which is approved by the Post Office. Asked for a refund, but not possible whilst flowers are still out for delivery. Won’t be using this company again.

Definitely the website needs updating particularly for returning customers. Hugely frustrating re-entering details each time. Also it’s great that a discount is offered - it would be great though if the voucher numbers were just assigned to customer with a time limit - just a thought ��

A bit disappointed that you do not cover AB42 postcode as I wanted to order for my mother-in-law also.It would have been beneficial to advise clearly that you don’t cover this area as I had to contact your live support to query this as each time I tried to submit an order I rec’d a message stating that the delivery date was not avaialble, rather than just simply stating that you don’t deliver to this postcode. Service rating : Excellent clear website. It’s nice to see pictures of the standard product for a change, and not the deluxe one. I like the free courier delivery and also the breakdown of what exactly is in the bouquet (how many and what colours etc) so you know exactly what you are getting.

My Mother’s Day flowers were rubbish turned up damaged and had no card with them!!!

My flowers and chocolates were not delievered on mothers day despite me spending a dair amount of money with this company. When i complained i got told ’oh they driver probably ran out of time’ no offers of a refund and i dread to think what condition the flowers will be in if they ever do get to my mother. Service rating : Just heard about this flower deliver and used them and really like their little "clear English"messages (about how to care for the flowers and in the emails) in addition to them being reasonably priced and accurate.
Product : Quirky and wacky coloured flowers - really brings a smile to everyones face.

Service rating : I placed this order with your company on Tuesday 11th as your website advertised it would be delivered Wednesday 12th, so I happily placed my order and paid the next day delivery charge.
There were many other sites I could have used to send my get well package (free of charge) to my Father who is just out of hospital after a major operation, but I picked yours as next day delivery for cheese I felt was the healthiest way to send.
Unfortunately I live some distance for my parents so in my absence the best I could do was to send a get well gift under the understanding it would be delivered ready for him to receive on his return from hospital.
Upon speaking with my father I found that my package has not been delivered and checking your website the only tracking information I could get was that my package had been accepted by your courier.
I am most disappointed that my gift did not arrive on time as it looked like I had not bothered and I didn’t care, while other people were able to pop in and see my father and bring cards and gifts.
Had I know my gift would not have been delivered on time I would have used a different company.
The ladies I e-mailed with were very friendly and polite but could not offer a reason why my package was delivered a day late and I was only offered a 20% discount off my next order which would mean I would need to spend another £25.00 (plus another delivery charge) in order to re-cope my £4.99 delivery charge with no guarantee my next order would arrive on time. An offer to spend more money with a company that has let me down with no explanation is no incentive to use them again especially with so much choice on the internet.
Product : The goods however, I am told by my father were absolutely lovely and he enjoyed them very much. I myself have not seen them as I live some distance from my family. Such a shame the were late (no use turning up a day after the gift was expected, like arriving at a party or Christmas empty handed) or I would have used your company again without a second thought

The attached card was the wrong one and so my mum did not know the flowers were from me or even for her. The flowers were also pretty disappointing in comparison to the online picture. When I called Serenata to complain I was on hold for 40 minutes, when I then tried to leave a message I was unable to do so as their voicemail was full! I then emailed them with my complaint and never got a response. I would definitely not recommend this company.
