Between good and poor! The product was good and website easy to use but they did not deliver on the day requested which was my elderly fathers birthday. Since i live 200 miles away it was important for me that my father received our flowers on the day. It was very disappointing that they were not delivered until the following day - i didn’t even receive a message to explain that they were going to be late or why they were late!

Disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and they weren’t delivered the next day. It was 2 days later! I got text messages and email saying the delivery was on the way, but no message saying they’d be unable to deliver the flowers. It would have been nice to have been told that it wouldn’t make it. Serenata flowers promises next dat delivery but can’t actually provide it. Having complained to their customer services I still haven’t had a response or an apology. Would not recommend them.

The following 2 orders were on time however the value for money was extremely poor. I will not use ur service again, I would prefer to contact a local florest and gain better value for money.

Service rating : I have used Serenata regularly without any issues at all - their flowers have always arrived on time and have been of excellent quality. I had one bad experience with Mothers day flowers for which I was fully refunded - I attribute this to the fact it was a busy time and would still continue to use their service.
Product : Arrived on time (Sunday delivery) but this particular bunch arrived badly arranged and wilted the next day - Serenata have since refunded the money - I have had many lovely flower arrangements delivered using Serenata so would still continue to use them.

Service rating : During the process of buying a plant for my mother, the website offered a discount off for recommending to someone else. My husband intended to use this for his mother. Couldn’t access link again. Not sent with my order confirmation (which I had to chase). Correspondence with Serenata involved them asking me for the link I was asking them for and then ignoring me; also said they don’t do special offers, which they do. Bought my mother-in-law’s plant from M&S instead. They did not include the message I wrote and ignored me when I contacted them about it.
Product : I bought a plant in a cup. The cup was green with spots. The cup they sent was plain. My mother says it looks very pretty but has the choice here is between ’good’ and ’poor’ with no ’ok’ or ’average’ slot I couldn’t pick ’good’, especially with no note being included with delivery.

Excellent Mothers Day flowers delivered to a very pleased Mum.

Despite repeated e-mails and requests the flowers were not delivered on the day requested. They were delivered a day early at 8pm at night to a 76 year old who was not supposed to answer the door at that time of night. I’ll probably use InterFlora next time or a local florist sorry.

Service rating : I’ve used serenata flowers twice the first for valentines, the red roses were beautiful but not many for the price. The second was for Mother’s Day, the courier that was used never rang the bell or knocked on the door hence the flowers were left outside in heavy rain for hours therefore the flowers that I had spent nearly thirty pounds on were practically destroyed and that is after leaving instructions with the delivery details to leave with a neighbour who was also at home all day. Needless to say I won’t be using serente flowers again. If I could be bothered I would request a refund.
