The service and the flowers are usually very good,but on my last order the flowers were left in the greenhouse on a very hot day, and not laid flat but standing upright ,which was not a good idea.I have since been refunded the cost,which I appreciated .

Service rating : Having ordered flowers for 9/3/13, I discovered my mother would be away for the weekend and so asked you to reschedule for 12/3/13. Your complete refusal to even attempt to do this, or phone me as I requested, shows complete contempt for your customers, without whom you would be on the dole.
Product : The quality of the flowers is irrelevant when you care so little for your customers. I shall not use your company again.

Partly the courier company’s fault that the flowers didn’t arrive, but it was dealt with badly by serenata. However, eventually, I recieved a refund.

The flowers then arrived a day late, the tracking service didn’t work and I’m yet to receive a reply from Serenta regarding my query as to where the flowers were. Also, every single white rose in the bouquet had brown tinges around the petals.

Service rating : The flowers were ordered for a funeral tribute for my sister-in-law and delivered direct to the funeral home.. I could not find them at the funeral, they were tightly packed in cellophane with the tag tucked inside. You could not see the flowers or who sent them. I felt embarassed and ashamed. The relatives would not know that I had sent them. I emailed Serenata on my return from the funeral asking for a refund, so that I could send the money to a charity instead. Up untill now I have had no response. The customer service is POOR!
Product : I dont know what the flowers looked like, they were tightly packed in cellophane and the tag was not visible. They were not displayed correctly for a funeral tribute.

Flowers did not arrive on time, no response from customer service, an automated email said they would respond in 24 hours but they didn’t. Very disappointing.

They also resent out my confirmations as I didn’t recieve one via email.

Service rating : I was very disappointed that my mums flowers were delivered just before 6pm. It was her 60th birthday and she left the house to go out for a meal at 5.45pm so just missed the delivery. This meant that they had to be left with a neighbour who then went away for the night. I wanted them to be a lovely surprise for her but unfortunately I had to tell her about them over the phone as I wanted her to know on her birthday that I had sent her some flowers. She eventually received them the day after when her neighbour returned home.

The flowers were a surprise for valentines day and because the flowers turned up 3 hrs later than the time stated the surprise was ruined. Not only that when the flowers did turn up the roses were squashed in the corner of the balloon box looking frazzled,dry and close to death. For a cost of £30 and upgrade i expected more care and proffesionalism. The final matter was when i attempted to track my flowers after an hour waiting the assistant could only tell me that they were on the van and they would turn up at sometime on the day. The whole service was unacceptable.
