Product : These are absolutely stunning and very different flowers, but be warned you need a big and heavy based vase to hold them as the flowers are very heavy (I ordered the largest bunch). If you want to send something different that will make a statement, then these are the ones to choose!

The only issue I had with the mini balloon was the cost. I did feel it overpriced considering the size of what it is and how cheap the materials are to buy and inflate. But I liked the options to buy extra gifts...perhaps other types of gifts could be offered...picture frames, figurines, candles.

Bosom Pals MK is the local Breast Cancer Support Group, when one of our ladies is feeling under the weather through chemo or radiotherapy flowers can make all the difference in letting them know we are thinking of them. I have tried many florists over the last few years, so far Sereata flowers have been very good so I would say keep up the good work.

I did’t see the card as I hadn’t actually ordered one. My mother in law said the card was nice. I had already sent her a card so she had two from me! She wasn’t complaining about that!

Product : The Basket of Flowers were excellent, but the delivery was very poor and the box containing the flowers did not show any signs of the damage, but some of contents inside were damaged and the box was left in a hallway open to the street, despite clear instructions to ring for attention.

Product : 50% of the flowers had drooped heads that have not picked up since. It is so disappointing for something that should have looked fantastic. My opinion is that flowers left over from Valentines day were mixed with fresh flowers to bulk out the order. I am also not sure what extra I paid for as the flowers came in a cellophane wrap. You need to enforce to your local supplier the use of fresh flowers with every order or you will loose business

Perfect for a man!

Awful. Out of the 12, approximately 3/4 were acceptable. The rest were dying, had black spots and a few hours away from being rotten. Also, they were delivered squashed in a box. When I ordered from a proper florist, I expected a bouquet, not a cardboard box in the manner of a Moonpig order. I still expect a reply to my email regarding a full refund.

Service rating : The courier left the flowers out in the snow and what he deemed as a safe place behind a bin when the request was to leave with a neighbour. My sister was actually in!!!! The answer by customer service was far from acceptable. I will not be using them again in the future.

Realise that they would open and should last a long time but appearance of bouquet was disappointing and did not please the recipient.
