Service rating : Sent first lot of flowers to persons WITHOUT the card. Person spent all day trying to find out who sent them. Unable to send flowers to second address as address THAT WAS GIVEN TO US BY THE PERSONS TO RECEIVE FLOWERS IN WALES was "different" from internet site and they were unable to "guarantee" a delivery so we cancelled. Although money was so called "refunded" and we got some money back from card error, we lost money in exchange and so lost money in the whole fiasco and our 90 year old relative didn’t get flowers we promised. Plus your "feedback form" didn’t download the first time I tried. PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST AND STOP SENDING UPDATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS. SO NOT INTERESTED!!!
