Service rating : The communications are quirky, the ordering process is easy, and the product was delivered on time, as promised.
Product : I ordered the standard size bouquet and it looked very sparse. None of the lily buds were opened, so it made the bouquet look even smaller. I understand that I could have upgraded to a fuller bouquet...but, for £20 you still expect a full bouquet.

I have used you many times simply because you do as you say you will do and the product is excellent.

Flowers arrived 5 days late in very poor condition,ie drooping stems bruised by tight band,dried up water pad and not displayed in gift bag. Very embarrassing for myself and recipient.

Service rating : Serenata saved the day. I ordered around 7pm & they delivered at 10am the next day. Cannot find fault at all. Text received confirming my order, then another to let me know it was being prepared, then to say it was on it’s way & then to tell me it had been delivered. Excellent service, If only more mail order firms were as good.
Product : They were a gift for my parents 64th wedding anniversary & said parents were on the phone soon after delivery & said how beautiful they were. They were delivered on 5th April & some of them are still looking good on 18th.

Don’t even understand what this was about. It was a trick on the site, I didn’t read properly, clicked next/continue and was upsold the mothersday card. Couldn’t find a way to get out of it but at least assumed that the message I asked for would be printed in it. Turns out it arrived inside the box with the flowers totally blank. Absolutely pointless. Won’t be using serenata again.

I think this is the vase which was nice and as per description/picture. Again it’s smaller than I thought but since the bunch was small was fine.

A slight niggle in that the container had very little water on delivery. Otherwise, excellent service and would use again.

The flowers arrived on time, but the box was very wet on the bottom as the water that should have been it the small container was empty. Half the flowers had started going over on the following Saturday 17th , This would not encourage me to use again or indeed recommend.

Order number Q3785905 Arrived at our friends house in Newport Gwent on time but the flowers were dead.Our friends rang to complain and have been promised that they will be replaced but not until the 27 of this month. I am so disappointed. The flowers were ssso dead they couldnt see what the flowers were.We thought the run up service was very good as we had all the information as to what was going on, its just a shame that they were in such a condition. I really hope that live flowers are delivered on the 27th. I am Mrs Angela Green

My relatives did not mention the card so I don’t think it made much impression. it was expensive for one card when most florists will include message with bouquet for free.

Delivery on time, but flowers left on doorstep, (possibly because house curtains were drawn), so the box got a bit soggy and only found when the recipient opened the door for the postman later in the day. Apart from that, everything fine, flowers lovely. Thank you! Will definitely use you again.
